And i intend to be 😍 for my family
Took me a long time to realize it's not abt being good or perfect in the gym or any sports or workout...but BEING GOOD to YOURSELF.
That said, do take all precautions not to injure urself coz a good workout is one still get up n carry on tmr.
Workouts are not always easy... but it IS ALWAYS WORTH IT ❤
So focus on how far u hv come...rather then how far u hv left to go. This relates not just to workout n health/weight goals but life ❤
Food is the most abused Anti depression/ anxiety drug.
While exercise is the most underutilized Antidepressant.
That's why i always say .. you are only One workout away to A GOOD MOOD❤.

Recently... thru a health scare. I totally understood that there can be no real happiness without good health.

DEVILED AVOCADO EGGS
Protein - Eggwhite.
Fat - 1/4 Avocado (my fav!)
Carbs - strawberries & Blueberries (in my Berries infused water)
Recipe for Avocado Deviled Eggs
1/4 Avocado (mashed)
Diced tomatoes
Diced onion
Splash of lemon juice
Chopped cilantro (optional)
Mix all and fill egg white cases!
Super easy and SUPER YUMMY!😍
These Avocado deviled eggs are as yummy as traditional Deviled Eggs... same creamy deliciousness!

Ohhhhh.... so..in case anyone is wondering, I'm neither on a Diet (God forbid!) Or am i a Celia, but gluten does cause bloating ( varying degrees in individuals) and inflammation.
I choose my health over anything else to be the best me .. so i can be the best ME for my family.
So... if i am to be on any "diet"... it will be an Anti-inflammatory diet 😍

I've already loved mushrooms... i didn't know they ARE SOOOO GOOD FOR HEALTH!

Im soooo thrilled as broccoli is part of the cruciferous vegetable family and are so good for us!!

He used to love Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia Ice cream. But he even stopped his ice cream indulgence.
So i decided to make him a healthy & balanced breakie before he left this morning.
Made him a healthy PLUS balanced breakie based on his favourite ice cream flavor & his fav fruit coz cherries are in season!! 🍒🍒🍒 Surprised him with Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia Overnight Oats!!
And he totally loved it!!!

Finally.... managed a smile after more than a week.
Been bed bound for more than a week (the worst slip disc relapse in 15 years) plus coupled with a bad bout of cough (which simply aggravated the pain) flu and fever that refused to go down for 5 days straight!😱
Clearly my body was screaming out to me... but i probably "muted" the alarm bells.
Ok.... so work was overwhelmingly busy (but busy has been GREAT!!❤) but i hardly felt the overstrain. .. that's the "danger" of really loving doing you do! ❤
So i can hardly complain.... but this is counter productive 😱
This is a painful lesson to listen to my body n practice what i preach!
