Happy Lunar New Year gang!

Starting things off on B4 Music with a loopable ambient album of tape loops under my new alias ‘SCENTED’; music focused primarily around ambient, scoring and cinematics.

Written during lockdown, finished off late summer of 2022, I found a lot of solace in listening to this album after what was a very tough year for me and my family.

CL01 reminds me of home, helps me to sleep, makes me long for the past and makes me appreciate the present.

‘Mercenary’ is a 170bpm half time stepper. Painting a picture of the dystopian cityscape, future Gotham vibes, via ominous sound design, distant alarms, choppy breaks, choral trance melodics and raging bass lines.

Deft brings the first in a series of remix EPs 'RMXS-1'; club-ready, bass heavy, aggressive and moody flips of some of his favourite Rap tracks of recent. 'RMXS-1' comes as a free download on Bandcamp, with the instrumentals being released on 7th October.

'RMXS-1' is the first release since 'Teleporter' last year on his own imprint B4 Music, and this will be 1 of 3 releases due out before the end of 2022 on the label, following with a release from a new artist and a new alias from Deft.
