Storm Lake Schools will have a 2 hour late start tomorrow, January 19th. Doors will open at 9:30 and students will be allowed to go to their classrooms at 9:45.

Just a couple of reminders…..
Today is GREEN and WHITE Day!
School dismisses at 1:10 today. Please be on time when picking up your child.
The homecoming parade will be held downtown starting at 2:30.
The football game is at 7:00 at the high school.

Yesterday we learned about the importance of washing our hands and creating covering our sneezes / coughs. Be sure to ask your child about the pretend germs we put all over our hands!

Another fun day today! Be sure to ask your kiddo about the book Froggy Goes to School-it was pretty funny! We also had fun making our own frogs and meeting all of the essential skills teachers this afternoon.

First Day of School! We had a great day! Hoping we can get outside tomorrow to enjoy the playground.

We had fun sorting lids as part of our Earth Day activities. We can’t wait to see the lids turned into benches. A special thank you goes to all of the community members who came and helped with this project!
Due to the weather, we will have a 2 hour late start on Thursday, February 23rd. The doors will open at 9:45 and class will start at 10:00. Just a reminder breakfast will not be served! Stay warm and hopefully we’ll see you tomorrow! ☃️❄️
