目標
讓在香港的Rh負型血人士成為定期捐血者以確保Rh負型血在港的供應。 Caucasians (e.g. Europeans, Americans, Australians, etc.) have a much higher incidence of negative blood of about 1 in 7.

託「負」有心人
中國人的血液裡，大部分都帶有獮猴因子。沒有獮猴因子之血液，我們簡稱為Rh負型。約每370中國人當中才出現1位Rh負型血人，而外國人(以白種人為主)則約7位便有位屬於Rh負型血。

在香港屬於Rh負型血的人較為稀少，而Rh負型血的人只可以接受Rh負型血。因此輸血服務中心必須貯存足夠份量的血液以供病人使用。再者，正型血的病人也可使用負型，其中O負型血更適用於任何血型人士，在分秒必爭時，O負型將被廣泛使用，更彰顯其重要性。
