We are one week away from Exercise Right Week. Each day we will choose a different class that will be FREE to join.

Will you join us for our first free class:

Monday 25th 7:30pm Barre with Claire

For this class you will need:
- Pilates mat or towel to lie down on
- Light weights or 2 x bottles of water or cans of food
- Theraband or belt
- Pilates ball or cushion
- Xrslides or towel/plastic plate to slide on carpet/ tiles/ wood

These online classes are general fitness based for healthy clientele. If you have any existing pathologies or injuries these classes are not suitable for you. Contact us for appropriate consultations.

Amazingly realistic anatomical artwork! Its so beautiful and empowering when I get to teach my clients about their bodies through movement and during treatments. I think this artwork is the next level of understanding and appreciating how amazing our bodies truly are!

(WARNING: even though this is all artwork, it is so amazingly done that some are very realistic looking and could be a bit much for some people to view so please only open album if you are ok with this sort of stuff)
