Yesterday was a fabulous day. I met Margaret for lunch. Margaret is Vice Chairman of Market Drayton and District Tangent. However I have known Margaret for 50+ years as my Mum and Dad met Margaret through Round Table. In a neutral place recognising ‘The Badge’ from then on they were lifelong friends!

I had a fantastic evening with Woolton & District Tangent last night, and was honoured to present their Charter certificate and to see a returning Tangent member! Itwas great to see 41 Club supporting everyone and presenting them with their regalia. Lots of fun and friendship - Tangent at its best!

Lovely evening ‘talking Tangent’ with a group of ladies from the Ilkley area. Phone died so didn’t get any photos of them…. Hopefully we’ll see them again soon, as an official Tangent group!

Sitting at Belfast International waiting to fly home, reflecting on a great weekend. It was lovely to see representatives from all three Irish Tangents yesterday. Lots of ideas shared, questions answered and talking (so much so I forgot to take a photo!). We had a great lunch with Enniskillen Ladies Circle today, discussing Tangent. Thank you everyone for your warm welcome, hospitality, ferrying us around and providing travel advice!

About Us
Hi I’m Emma, the Tangent Clubs National Membership & Marketing Officer, this page is not only aimed at our members which are members of clubs all over the UK but also those who are looking for a club with friendship at it’s heart.
To all club members, please share with me your program ideas and pictures of your events, new members joining etc. If you are a new or established club share your news with not only me but also the Tangent members group on FB and make friends with all your fellow tangent clubs pages on FB , spread the news. The best people to tell everyone about our amazing organisation and all it has to offer are our members.
The National Association of Tangent Clubs is an organisation for women, mainly aged over 45, with a focus on making friends and enjoying a programme of interesting and fun activities, as well as supporting local and national causes through fundraising events.
We enjoy the fellowship of Ladies Circle, Round Table and 41 Club and together we are the 4 Club Round Table Family. We also have links with Tangent Clubs across the world and are part of Tangent Club International.
