Hillcrest Bank
In an ideal world, banks wouldn’t just take care of business, they’d be in the business of taking care of people. Member FDIC. Equal Housing Lender.
That’s why Hillcrest Bank is part of a movement to rebuild the community bank. Because we believe that banks that serve a community provide an accountable, straight-shooting and insightful alternative to big box banking-as-usual. To us, it’s just common sense that the more you know about people, the more you work with them, the better you can serve them.

Save For The Unexpected: Saving Life happens when we're least expecting it. Establish an emergency fund to make unexpected life emergencies a little bit smoother. Typically, experts recommend 3-6 months of your monthly expenses saved.

Scammers are spoofing (mimicking) bank phone numbers to trick you into engaging with them.
Fraudsters may call or text you appearing as your Bank or other financial institutions, and will ask for personal information about your accounts. Fraudsters may even act like there has been fraud on your accounts or cards to get you to act on their request urgently.
It is important you do not engage and find an alternative way to contact your bank to verify whether or not the message is credible.
By dialing the number directly on the back of your debit card or our Client Services line, you will be connected to the correct phone number instead of engaging with the spoofed phone number the scammers originally contacted you with.
To protect your business:
1. Be Cautious: Exercise extreme caution with unexpected calls, texts, or emails requesting sensitive information or urgent actions.
2. Verify before sharing: Independently verify the authenticity of any communication before sharing sensitive data or taking action.
3. Educate your team: Stay informed about spoofing and scams and educate your employees on how to identify and report suspicious activities.
4. Stay vigilant: Regularly monitor your accounts for unauthorized activity and report any concerns promptly.
If you have any questions or suspect fraudulent activity, reach out to our dedicated Treasury support team.
Stay safe and secure!
