can always pre order out of stocks items but subject to availability. For further request, you contact us directly. How long wills restock/pre-order takes time to reach? We can pre-order or restock the out of stocks items for you. The items shall takes 14 – 21 days to reach after the order has been made. How long will the products reserved to me if I place the order? Once the order is confirm, we will reserve the products up to 24 hours unless there is special request from customers, we will then extend the reservation period. You are required to drop us an email if you have any special requests. Is there any shop I can visit to purchase? Leedya Collections only offers online shopping at the moment. We do not have any physical location/shop for customers to shop for products. Will my order being cancelled if I do not make payment within the time frame? All our orders are based on first pay first served. If we do not receive any payment during the timeline, we will cancelled your order without any notification. How long can I receive the parcel after I make my payment? We will process your order once payment received and shipped out your items within 5 to 7 business days unless further notification.
