Marilee started her classical Pilates training at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado, and finished her instructor certification from The Phyiscal Mind Institute based in New York, New York. In 2009 Marilee completed the Certified Masters Program from The Pilates Center of Boulder. All instructors of Essence Pilates are fully certified and classically trained.
