Sunday Santa Fe Funday! Lots of snacking & shopping & laughs❣️Evening ended with a jam session, Ted on the Breedlove, Artoush on Ibanez, Deb on harmonica & me on percussion (the shaker egg 😁)

Well, a SaturYay hike did not happen.. but, the men made sure we got exercise… a lot of fork lifting! And, Artoush taught us how to model. 👯‍♂️

Fun mid-week holiday! Rafting on the Rio Grande, dinner & stay at The Taos Inn. The scenic route home today included prayers at Sanctuario de Chamayo & making deals at Medina’s Gallery. Then lunch in Santa Fe — and we found what we’d like for a wedding gift, if you’d like to start saving! ☺️❤️

I taught the last class of a six week meditation course yesterday. We practiced Candle Gazing ~ Trataka Sadhana. It can be a pretty trippy experience becoming one with the 🔥! High elevation, Dry desert… Everything’s different - skin, hair, sleep, thirst, tennis 🎾 bounce…

March Madness hike & play to work off that breakfast. Nice day at home 🏡 💚

In 2013 nearly 150,000 people from all 50 states and 30 countries laid over 1 million hand-made bones on the National Mall of DC as a visual petition against the ongoing genocide in Sudan, Congo, Burma and Syria. The One Million Bones project found its permanent home in Silver City, NM at the art-filled Bear Mountain Lodge. You are welcome to make your own bone to offer on this beautiful hike.

I told Ted I was afraid to go camping with him! Last time I did, we picked up and moved across the country!! We certainly did find where we truly belong, though❣️ But, yesterday we took the scenic route south to Silver City, NM. Through Acoma Pueblo Reservation, lots of volcanic lava and El Malpais “The Badlands” where 🦖🦕 used to roam. The sand dunes stand in what used to look like the Sahara Desert 150 million years ago! Then, a fun pit stop at the Buckhorn Saloon & Opera House & Bo****lo before setting up glamp.

A neighbor/expert took us on a hike starting in our neighborhood to BLM land to see petroglyphs, a metate & mano (corn grinding), and Ted found some painted (the fancy dishes) pottery shards. All from the year 1,200-1,400. Oh, and we crossed bobcat tracks. The last pic is looking back on where we hiked.

Whipped out the Taylor Swift red 💋 for a Valentine date. Celebrating love and things coming together at our new address… Reiki clients, a Tennis team, teaching a Meditation course, and new Friends ❤️

Had a plan for a month.. a driver/day trip along the Côte d’Azur to Monaco and Cannes. Then our new gallery owner friend said Monaco is “gross” and Cannes is “boring”😮 So, we pivoted to a mountain tour: Grasse (the parfum capital of the world) Gourdon (view from the Alps to the Mediterranean Sea) Tourettes-Sur-Loup (City of Violets) to the jewel of Provence, Saint-Paul de Vence (art galleries galore!) 💜
