Barack Nation 2012 is the brainchild of Be Water Clothes which was founded by three young men who graduated from North Carolina A&T State University. All three of us had a intense passion for President Obama during his 2008 presidential run. President Obama has shown us that good change can be a great thing & fulfilling your dreams through hard work and dedication is very achievable. His story has
touched many including us. We quickly discovered that despite the huge hype and inspiration that Barack Obama drew in 2008, that four years later the buzz has worn off with some and donating wasn't going to be as strong. We did a lot of research on campaign donations for various demographics for the 2008 campaign and how the projected numbers for 2012 were looking. We started to brainstorm on ways to increase campaign donations, we wanted to do something fun, meaningful, bold and creative to help support President Obama during his 2012 run. So Barack Nation 2012 was born. Our goal is simple, to get President Obama re-elected. We truly feel that the President hasn't been able to complete hardly anything on his agenda due to the fact that he inherited a position that needed so much work and he's received little support from congress on anything he's actually wanted to do.
