⭐️ Rhys’s Transformation ⭐️

“Before I started training with Anthony, I definitely had issues being able to train by myself, without the help of a trainer. The personal training sessions that we did together substantially prepared me for the sessions in the week that I was programmed to train alone. Also, before training at 5ew I always faced the challenge of not being able to see an end goal or the realistic point I was suppose to be progressing towards with my weight loss and health. The support I had within the sessions, as well as the ability to ask any questions, allowed the path that I was going down to be clear and motivating.

When I got to 5ew I wanted to continue to lose weight and then start to build strength. I also wanted to overhaul my diet and create a system that I could sustainably stick to indefinitely. During the second lockdown I lost 15kgs in 4 months (38kgs total lost since Sept 2019), and now we are working towards building strength. My diet is much more robust than it ever has been in my life, and also incredibly easy to maintain. I have considerably more energy throughout the day than I ever have had before.

The overall improvements to my mental health and general feeling of balance in my life have been the most significant changes since training at 5ew with Anthony. Losing significant weight is such a hard and intense process, both physically and mentally. Your body changes, but also your perception of self does as well, and I do not think I would have been able to do it alone without support from 5ew. Conversations that I had with Anthony whilst training about mindset, gratitude, and framing short and long term goals were the key reasons that my focus and motivation were able to stay strong during the process.

What I loved was training with Anthony. There would have been no way that I could have achieved what I have with my health without his support”

The way we eat now has only been around for a few hundred years. Before that our bodies have been eating unprocessed foods for thousands of years. Western A Price has done some amazing research on the impact of the change and how the shift in nutrition is affecting our health!
