*Ready to ship pieces (for limited quantities of pieces already created – which will be specified in the product description) will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
* We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Orders are shipped to the mailing address listed on your Paypal account, so please make sure that information is accurate and up to date.
* Shipping for necklaces is generally $3 for your first item and $1 per each additional item. Shipping costs on other items will vary. This information will be specified within the item description.
* Shipping insurance is available, if you wish to pay the additional fee for it. If you are interested in this option, please email us at [email protected] or include a message requesting it when paying your initial Paypal invoice. USPS shipping insurance cost is based on your order total, so we will send an additional invoice to you to cover the cost of insurance.
* Apple Blossom Designs is not responsible for any lost items that are uninsured, or any items mailing to an inaccurate address as listed on Paypal account.

We’ve all been a victim of Facebook fails – lost messages and delayed or missing comments can and do happen sometimes. Because of this, we recommend email as the most dependable way to contact us. Guarantee
We guarantee necklaces, bracelets and earrings for 30 days from the date of purchase. All pieces are made with careful attention to detail and durability. However, if an item breaks and you contact us within 30 days, we will repair it for free. Beyond 30 days, we will happily repair items for a small fee. Please contact us for specifics. (Please consider purchasing shipping insurance if/when mailing an item to us for repair.) Providing excellent customer service is a priority for us.
