The main purpose of the SalSanFran at SF State is to promote, educate, and advocate dancing and learning about Salsa as well as other Latin rhythms. We wish to create an atmosphere where people interested in Latin Rhythms can become enthusiasts for the sustenance of this traditional and cultural dance from Latin America.
