I’ve been intermittent fasting since October 2019, since then, I haven’t workout to understand how intermittent fasting worked and how it made me feel. Well let me tell you, I felt amazing. The autophagy that’s been happening in my body has been noticeable. Now I’m ready to take my intermittent fasting to the next level and introduce exercising in a fasted state into my daily routine. I was nervous today I would be hungry after spinning but nope! I felt awesome! This is a LIFESTYLE I’m absolutely loving!!

Homemade, all natural, gluten free dog treats! They are made with young living essential oils!
There are currently two flavors- Minty Fresh for the bad breath and Rusty Hinges for joint support!
Minty Fresh is $4 a bag and Rusty Hinges is $5
They stay fresh in a sealed container for about 1-2 weeks on the counter and up to a month in the freezer!

Previously known as Chasing Joy Finding Strength, Fit and Flourish was created after months of research and changing my own lifestyle, into something a lot healthier; physically and mentally. I started exercising harder and smarter, I started using Young Living essential oils, and making time for myself. This lifestyle improvement led to the amazing change in this company. I changed the name, I change the style, and I changed my vision behind it. I surrounded myself with people that help me and want to watch me succeed. So with the help of my handy essential oils, my family, my boyfriend, and my friends; I took this leap of faith to start this business over again.
