We have been working on this for a long, long time and it feels unbeliveable that it’s out finally! It has been a teaching, painful and joyful process of self-discovery and patience.

We would like to thank Miguel Tereso at for mixing and mastering the record. for the amazing artwork. for managing us. And of course all of our friends and family.

NEWS!

Of Origins is expanding! YES! We are adding a fifth member to our ranks.

Here's the case:
Jonatan is giving up his bass duties to take on the task of playing synths, third guitar and doing the programming in our live shows. This is in Finnish referred to as "joka paikan höylä".

For the bass we have the amazing taking on from now on! We are super excited to have him join the group.

Here it is people, the artwork for our debut album!!

”Everything, Suddenly” will come out on the 13th of October on all major streaming platforms!

It has been a long road but finally we’re almost there!

We are also playing an album release show in our home town of Turku on the 14th of October! More info about that coming soon.

”Everything, Suddenly” will be the third and final single before the full album comes out!

This one is a dark, slow and heavy song that takes you to a journey of sludgy riffs and ferocious screaming.

”Everything, Suddenly is a song about transience of human existence and the weight of that trancience weighing on human shoulders.”

ATTENTION EVERYONE!

We are so happy to announce that we are going to release a new single called ”Vultural” 19.5.

This has to be the craziest song that we have ever done.
It has saxophone solo and swing drum break between modern metal madness.

”Dusk on My Hands was actually the last song that was written for the album. We felt that the album needed something tad more ”conventional” and aggressive. It’s still proggy but the main idea was to make a heavy song that makes you wanna headbang and also run to the pit.

Lyrics for Dusk on My Hands came from a documentary I was watching about a company that poured their waste to the town’s river knowingly poisoning the people for bigger profits.”
