My Story
Kelly Duff has a celebrated career with highly recognizable companies such as Clear Channel Radio, Tribune Company, and most recently, Allstate Insurance.
Kelly is “Happiness Guru” or Employee Engagement Team Lead overseeing employee engagement, and manages a team of Happiness Gurus located in Northbrook, IL, Charlotte, NC, Irving, TX, and Tempe. AZ. Kelly’s reach goes beyond her team, serving as a resource for the company through cultural leadership, morale building, prospective partner engagement and activity facilitation. Her previous roles in radio and interactive media relied heavily on her abilities to run an office, plan engaging events and trips, while being the voice of the employees.
Writing has been Kelly’s passion for over 30 years and she is an award-winning author of contemporary romance.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Elmhurst College.
