YESTERDAY we had our 1st “Fit Ladies Movement" 🥳
In this event, we promote female empowerment!
And it went much better than we could have expected 😍
(!! Female empowerment IS NOT feminism!!)
It's nothing more than an afternoon very well spent with different experiences, escaping from the busy everyday life and lots of good energy.

Thank you for the incredible feedback I have received from all the girls who decided to take a risk and come "blindly", without really knowing where or what they were coming for 😅🙏
(And I already know you want to go back and you still want to take some new friends!)
