Not nearly as much activity on the market today versus this time last year and we are seeing price decreases becoming more frequent, making it much easier for buyers to win contracts, negotiate terms and get into homes.
Rates are higher than they were a year ago, but still well within a normal interest rate average.

Rates are still expected to rise this year. The market started shifting away from being such a strong sellers market at the start of summer.
It is now easier to get into a home and rates are lower now than expected throughout the rest of the year, so it is a great time to buy!
