💙 What is your role and what do you do?

Taylor: “I’m the newsletter lead. I lead our newsletter team and oversee our editors and section leads. I work with the team to develop content and put together our weekly issues of Paint The Town Blue.”

Molly: “I’m a lead copy editor. I review, fact-check, and edit all content as it comes in from various newsletter team members (who are amazing!). It’s my goal for our newsletter to be as cohesive, informative, and accurate as possible!”

Kendall: “I’m a lead copy editor. I’ve helped copy-edit the various sections, fact-check the info and data we share, and write the policy section. It’s been such a fun way to continue to learn more about the Harris-Walz ticket and share this information with our community!”

💙 Why do you support Kamala?

Taylor: “I support Kamala because I believe in her vision for the future of this country. She understands what’s at stake for women and I trust her to work towards a future where all women are able to make their own healthcare decisions.”

Molly: “I have a long, layered answer for this! But I believe the outcome of the 2024 election will determine the future of democracy as we know it in America, and voting for Harris-Walz is the best way to maintain it.”

Kendall: “I support Kamala because I want a leader who brings our country forward while caring for all its people and protecting our rights.”

💙 What is one of your favorite parts about being in the Swiftie community?

Taylor: “My favorite thing about Swifties is our ability to form a community — be that online, in the merch queue, or at a show. You’ll never feel alone when you’re amongst Swifties.”

Molly: “This community is truly so welcoming — you can be a fan since Taylor’s first album or most recent one, there’s room for all!”

Kendall: “Swifties are such an incredibly creative and passionate community! It never ceases to amaze me what Swifties can accomplish when we set our minds to it.”
