Building is Believing ✨ If you would have told me that would be the morning wellness for the widely know conferences in Palm Springs CA, dare I say… I would have believed you. I would have. Why? Because I believed! I believe in the very specific gifts that God has given me. being one of them. At the source of it all I believe in sharing growth and healing, mentally and physically, by way of . It’s always bigger than the workout.

I’ve also learned the uniqueness of building and recognizing that sweet balance between choosing a specific direction and allowing things to naturally grow in the direction that they do. In work and in life honestly. In 2018 I started with classes consisting of my friends only. Appreciating that yet knowing it was that and so much more. Thank you for partnering with and trusting in what we have to offer. Here’s to sharing health and wellness to many more!

Side bar… One of my dreams is to be in a series while hosting the morning wellness for HQ in Cali with … how dope would that be! It’s possible. Yup. I’m speaking on it. Working on it too! 💙 Whew! That was vulnerable huh?! I’m also extra so enjoy the different emotions on each swipe. How many is too many?? 😆🙃
