We are taught to look at the problem to get the solution. So, it can feel odd to practice this vibrational approach.

But if you've made it this far, it's because you know there is another way to get to where you want to go. Maybe a more enjoyable way.

Meditation is great, not necessarily if you are in fight, flight or freeze.

What works well:

Dance, kickboxing, powerful movements, work with your hands, singing.

Your body will feel powerful, your brain will feel powerful, you will have more clarity, and your vibration will be clear = desired outcome.

Keep going. If you're frustrated, disappointed, angry...keep going. In my experience the Universe responds to perseverance.

When it comes to matters of heart and spirit and energy, there is this inclination that people speak in absolutisms on these topics. And there are no absolutisms in the matter of your own intuitive senses and heart.

It is lovely having Guide posts, and there is such great vitality, creativity, and innovation occurring around us all the time. Remembering this can be such a beautiful inspiration.

I like to imagine my desires popping down from the sky like little portals. And the reason I love this
1. I've seen energy like this before
2. I've experienced magical creations, and manifestations appear out of nowhere that are beyond reason.

Keeping the fun and love and the grace of all of our humanity in the creation process, this is the balancing act.

It is jazzy, that's right, I said jazzy, to go from your shoulders being tight, in a cycle of second-guessing, the confusion to relaxed, happy, the dopamine hit of clarity, you feel the earth under you.

You are delightfully present.

Your shoulders are relaxed, you're able to breathe, creativity is flooding in, hope, even a knowingness of wellness...

You can be distracted from your Divine Spark, but it never goes away. Bringing your attention back to this, this is the practice.

A day doesn't go by that I'm not delighted by this.

I had a call to move back to NM, and 2 years ago, I took the leap and listened. There are many, many validators that have appeared. One was literally life and death.

There was also a lot of shedding and recalibration to a new frequency. It was downright hard and painful at certain points. I've learned that when it is hard, that is the time to hunker down. Don't abandon yourself when you're in pain.

Sometimes, if things aren't easy, people will worry it's a sign that they are headed in the wrong direction. I think it can mean you are just letting go of what no longer serves you.

It's delightful to have this daily reminder in the form of a license plate. I do love the freedom of driving in a red car.

I'm sharing with you a little bit about my humanity. No agenda, other than connecting.

At 19, when I was moving to Chicago to go to school, I didn't realize it was a big city. I was young, tenacious, NAIVE & had nothing to lose. I had the opportunity to go to one of the leading art schools in the US. My time was complete in Sante Fe. I actually graduated early from h.s. & was going on my 4th college.

KIZMET- my friends were moving to Chicago at the same time. They were gracious enough to let me stay with them 2 mo. until I could get on my feet. I moved with $400 from SF. Their generosity was humbling.
So I graduated with honors while working 60 hrs a week, school FT & and working in galleries. I showed myself I was capable of achieving great things. I was told at 1 point by a friend that I wasn't gonna be able to succeed. That lit a 🔥 under my ass. No one tells me my potential. F*** that. Since then, I have SOLD IN GALLERIES & I HAVE SOLD most of MY WORK.

I refuse to let others' projections limit my potential.
So....
My beautiful friend who took this picture, she was one of those friends in Chicago. She has a heart♥️ of gold. She emanates kindness and compassion and love and justice. I can not explain my admiration for her. She knows me so well, we've been friends for 25 yrs. There was a haitus due to life events, but we picked up where we left off.
She tells me what she thinks, she's honest, she has integrity, she's not judgemental & she deeply loves. She deeply accepts me. That night of this picture, we celebrated a great accomplishment of hers. I love celebrating people full stop & loving ppl gives me life.

I love her whole family. Her family has wrapped me in a warm blanket of love & acceptance. This is a beautiful thing. Sometimes we have to pick the families we surround ourselves with.

Lastly, the thing that can not be translated into words, I will try... Her heart carries the frequency of love. It's experiential. It's precious. It's a very special thing to feel this. Hello, let me introduce myself, if you are new here or just don't know this bit about me, Welcome! I'm Tiger. The Wisdom I have carried my entire life is a Wisdom of Knowing how to Move and Interpret Energy. My abilities consist of being a natural healer, clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient, claircognizant and empath. Essentially this means that I see, hear and feel energy.
