Zack Parker

Kat Parker. Both inherited their father's art and musical abilities. It was not until he retired from food service several years ago did he return to his love of art. He started by doing large collages/mixed media of various musical groups and artists he loves. He then moved to a more intricate version of collage-- Steam Punk art. His love of music seems to feed some
of his art decisions through the instruments he has made. This is the work you are seeing now. When he is not working with collage/steam punk
he has continued to work with his stippeling and realistic art via pencil (colored and black) and black ink. Zack says he dreams of many of his ideas and often solves an intricate problem in his sleep. He has often gotten up from a deep sleep to walk into his art room to make a note of the dream. As with all endeavors he says a lot of what he creates is through trial and error. His other abilities run to the trivia knowledge of movies, TV and music and lately crossword
puzzles!
