This picture captures a moment of immense gratitude. My first ever offline TEDx talk, and it couldn't have been on a more powerful topic - Menstruation!
For too long, periods have been shrouded in silence and shame. But the tide is turning! โจ On my national tour, I'm sparking conversations, breaking down stigmas, and empowering women (and everyone!) to embrace this natural process. โ

Team Humanify recently met Delhi Honorable Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal ji & invited him for our 'Oldies Got Talent-Reloaded' apart from discussing about our various projects๐๐๐
Somehow he was not available in Delhi on given dates so he couldn't join but he appreciated our work & wished us success. We are hoping that very soon we may see our 'Happiness Express' sessions in Delhi Govt schools as an official NGO ๐๐๐

๐ Although we were eagerly hoping to have the esteemed presence of the renowned Dr. Harshvardhan ji (Former Minister of Health, Govt of India & Member of Parliament) at our event, we understand he is occupied on the same dates and won't be able to join us. ๐
๐ Nevertheless, we were honored to have had the opportunity to meet Dr. Harshvardhan ji and felicitate him for his contributions to the nation. He truly epitomizes kindness and grace! ๐๏ธ๐

This Girl LungLung, a student of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Haflong, waited for me for an hour, outside my guest room (since after my session I told students that I will leave 5.30am in morning next day, but I got late for an hour) She wanted to give me this cute stuffed toy as a gift....
She said 'Sir..aap hum logo ko bhul to nahi jaoge , is gift ko apne paas rakhna , shayd isase hamari yaad aati rahe . She was with another girl Mehak, vice captain of school, who also waited with similar gesture ...
I don't have words to express how I am feeling coz of this very sweet gesture... This 'Happiness Express' Tour has given me sooooo much...some unforgettable moments ...few of the most amazing people who were strangers but now they are like my family members..
Thank you sooo much LungLung and Mehak for creating this moment for me !!!

I initiated the journey of 'Happiness Express' (Pan India Tour for Student Motivation & Destigmatization of Periods) on July 11 (2022) with the support of selfless Team members โค๏ธ๐๐ฎ๐ณ
I could not even imagine that we will be able to reach out to such a large number of audiences & transform their hearts & mindsets for a positive revolution!! โญ๐ฎ๐ณโค๏ธ๐ The impact of sessions is much more than we had visualised... The amount of love we are receiving is beyond of imagination & beyond any logic....it's sheer Grace ๐๐๐๐
I just hope that I don't stop on this beautiful path of seva till my last breath & I keep evolving as a human being ...

With an aim to make youth instrument of transformation & development of this nation, 'Happiness Express'with and Team is on a Pan India Tour . We have already conducted sessions 13 states in last 5 months and we aim to continue these sessions even after the completion of this Pan India tour.

Around 450 amazing Students attended this energy packed session and became an instrument of transformation for this Period Normalising Revolution!!!

300+ Govt. Of India Health Workers' (Asha Taayi) became more empowered ๐๐๐
These Asha didis are responsible for the health of 1000-3000 persons, so indirectly we touched 3 Lacs to 9 lacs lives through this Happiness Express'Session ๐๐
We educated them regarding the much needed information about menstruation, gender sensitization & living a meaningful life ....With HIS Grace the session was very well received and got appreciation from all the participants and organizers ๐๐
Just hope that they bring transformation in the society through this knowledge ๐๐๐ฉธ๐

Let's all raise the voice against the inhuman practice of menstrual huts in Uttrakhand, Himachal Pradesh and other parts of India, Nepal and other countries.
A lot of Menstruating Females are forced to live in such cattles sheds with their cattles, that too in extreme cold conditions as well. This is very inhuman . Please support to eliminate this inhuman practice. Pls support this campaign against this & similar inhuman Menstrual practices & rituals
