Remember that Christmas is what works for you. Your sanity matters. You don’t have to join in….it doesn’t make you a bad person if the “traditions” don’t work for you. It’s ok not to be ok. Please talk to someone if your feeling low, write it out be true to you. Remember fresh air is your friend.

It’s about how presides you are and that’s enough of a gift. You’re made from stardust.

It's not only your mind that's a bank but it's your energy, it's your body, it's you!

You have to fund the transactions you're going to make. You have to be making sure you're not wasting funds on things that are unimportant or leaking funds to things you don't want to see in your future.

Your bank needs to be topped up to enable you to feel good, to have the energy that you need to do the stuff that matters to you and that you can feel amazing.

About Me

rejuvinate came into existance after I gave birth to my Twins. Having been a therapist running my own business for over twenty years. I came to the name as my therapy business has a few forms as lifes rollercoaster has played out.

I wanted to do therapies form around the age of four years and eventually went to collage qualified as a beauty therapist and after a couple of years I returned to Collage and trained in Holistic therapies. Which is where I discovered Sports massage. A therapy that has fascinated me ever scince and the resukts that can be achieved. I have been lucky enough to have worked in New York State USA and 5 Star spas and started my own therapy business.

After having my twins I discovered that my body didn’t fair well suffering a diastus recti ( gap in the wall of the stomach muscle) It can occur in around 40% of women. I found it difficult to manoeuvre and after a couple of years sort more information and help which lead my to a certificate in postpartum exercise and recovery. I re-discovered how important the core muscles are and how the bodies function needs its foundation in tact to function. I learnt how massage treatments, exercises and stretches help with scar tissue and body repair.

I believe in education, simplicity - knowing why and how. Balance and Self care .
