Kim Kubsch is a Certified Tai Chi-Qi Gong Practitioner (ATCQA) certified instructor of PWR! She uses Tai Chi, a low-impact exercise, to teach adults how to enhance overall health, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination, and reduce stress, while building bone strength. As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Kim’s focus is “active aging,” safe movements and fall prevention.
