Our Story

The G.W. Chapman Foundation is named after Gary Wayne Chapman, a selfless Vietnam War Veteran who recently lost his battle with lung cancer caused from Agent Orange exposure. Later in life, “Wayne” went on to be the Mayor of The Village of Vergennes, a small town in Southern Illinois.
