You can use these HOT or COLD! Heat your Boo Boo Buddy up in the microwave and use it as a warm compress. Or place it in the freezer to use as a flexible ice pack. They work great to ease the discomfort of Boo Boo's, growing pains, tummy aches, sore muscles, ear pain, tooth aches, etc. One way i used them with my kiddos was to warm the Boo Boo Buddy up before bed, and let them cuddle with it as they fell asleep... it helped them relax as they drifted off into sweet dream land.
