Each year we plan to make a Syrah and a Rose'. These, by no means are like your run of the mill wines. The Syrah has a kiss of Viognier to lighten it up but still keeping the Syrah flavor. The Rose' looks like an old school White Zin, but is bold and carries all the Grenache flavors while remaining light and refreshing. I always want to go down my own path.
