For the second floor, I opted for a shabby chic cosy feeling. With lighter tones, cotton fabrics, showing the old styles like the wooden beams on the ceiling and stones on the walls.

When we bought the Château 17 years ago, it was abandoned and looking in very poor condition…no heating in most rooms and floors…100 broken windows…animals living inside…fog…spider webs so thick we could not open the windows 🕷️
No one in our friends and family thought this was a good idea 🧐😂
But we had a vision!
And with a lot of work, determination, creativity…we did it (still doing it!)
Renovated 66 rooms
Redesigned the grounds

And we have more ideas to continue in the years to come
