I enjoy bringing happiness to people in the form of baked goods. I can make just about anything for any occasion. I love desserts that are challenging, but also need those traditional items around. I often find old recipes that no one ever uses anymore and I recreate them. More often than not, they are better than I can imagine. It makes me wonder why they aren't on the shelves everywhere. Chocolate cake for an elegant lady. Dark chocolate glaze separated the layers. Whipped chocolate buttercream on top. Chocolate overload? No way!
