Many people view Christianity as very restrictive. They perceive the commandments as prohibiting a fun life.

As I have walked my spiritual journey, I have realized that the commandments that God gives us, are parameters for a healthy life.

For example, He tells us not to lie; lying destroys relationships.

He tells us to forgive; forgiveness frees our own heart from the poison of bitterness.

He tells us not to worry; worry is hard on our physical bodies.

One of the things He tells us in Phil 4:8 is to think on good things. Why? They create our own happiness. The meme is cute, but it is truth too. Happiness is our own choice and it comes from what we meditate on. ♥️

“Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.”
Philippians 4:8

"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” Psalm 23:1-6

This well-known Psalm is so rich with peace and blessing for all our days. It actually holds a special place in my heart. This is one of the verses God had me to read to my beloved husband the day he went home to be with the Lord.

We often can become so “familiar” with popular verses and chapters of God’s word, that they can almost lose the important message that He is wanting to instill within our hearts. Praying God’s words back to Him, and meditating on them verse by verse, can help us to remember His goodness, and be strengthened by His truths.

"The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want." v.1 - He leads us, He guides us, He's always with us, and we can be assured and feel safe under His protective care.

"He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, He restores my soul..." v.2-3 - He knows where true rest and blessing are found, and leads us there, He restores, He refreshes, He brings peace and goodness.

"He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake." v. 3 - He leads us to walk in His ways, He draws us to stay close to Him and follow Him.

"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me, your rod and your staff they comfort me." v. 4 - Though life is uncertain, and we may suffer with illness, loss, or pain, our God of comfort, our Lord who holds all power over death and disease walks with us. Always. He is the only One who can take us by the hand through life's darkest moments of suffering, bringing freedom and healing from the pain of this life, straight into glory and the hope of heaven that He has reserved for us. We never have to fear, in life or in death, for He is with us, our constant strength and Shepherd.

"You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil, my cup overflows." v. 5 - We have a place at His table, He makes room for us, He wants us to stay close to Him. Through history, hosts were expected to protect their guests at all costs. God's protection is real, in the midst of the traps and attacks of enemy forces, we can find security and refuge in His great care. It doesn't mean that we won't ever face huge battles, but that He covers us with His Spirit of anointing and power, to live out our days with His strength and blessing.

"Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." v. 6 - That word for "follow" means "to chase, to pursue." We can be assured, He chases us today, and all our days, with His goodness and love. And even at the end of all our days here on this earth, He still has more in store, and it's greater than we could ever imagine.

What an amazing Father our God is!

Sports are a big entertainment industry in the U.S. Many can quote team/player stats & know all about the victories & defeats.

Undefeated seasons are celebrated & hopes for being the grand champion are shared widely.

But there is someone who has never been defeated. That is our God. He has always been undefeated & always will be undefeated.

His season never ends & He always wins. He has the team that I want to be on!! Hallelujah for certain victory.

“But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
1 Corinthians 15:57

Sometimes life can be so hectic. Personally, my days can be so hectic that I feel like I am just scurrying from one thing to the next.

Or perhaps heartache is overwhelming. Relationship woes can be devastating.

Or maybe you feel like you are drowning financially. And Christmas is just around the corner. I have been in that place too.

Whatever you are facing, Psalm 93 puts things in perspective. It is just 5 verses, but is power packed.

It starts with a declaration of the strength & power of God. Then moves into the sense of drowning in life. And finally, concludes with the holiness of God, and that He is THE everlasting God. Now that’s Good News!!

Psalms 93
“The Lord reigns, He is clothed with majesty; The Lord is clothed, He has girded Himself with strength.

Surely the world is established, so that it cannot be moved. Your throne is established from of old; You are from everlasting.

The floods have lifted up, O Lord,
The floods have lifted up their voice;
The floods lift up their waves.
The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters,
Than the mighty waves of the sea.

Your testimonies are very sure; Holiness adorns Your house, O Lord, forever.”

Relationship heartache can be devastating. The hurt, the wounds, the unknowns, the lasting trauma can all run deep in our hearts.

The good news is though, that we serve the Master of reconciliation. Jesus’s primary purpose was to reconcile us to the Father.

Estrangement in relationships comes from a variety of reasons & issues. Doesn’t matter what the root cause is, Jesus knows how to reconcile that. He has a fail proof strategy that will have the right approach to bring healing.

Our job is to seek Him & stay plugged into His will & His way. He is faithful & will not lead us astray.

Take your broken relationships to the cross & let the Master of reconciliation walk you through to total restoration, in His timing. Yes, there is that caveat! It is according to His timing. 😎

“Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,”
II Corinthians 5:18

Psalms 121 gives me great comfort. This chapter tells us that God is our protector, He is always with us, always working on our behalf!

Psalm 121
1 I lift up my eyes to the mountains—
where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot slip—
he who watches over you will not slumber;
4 indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord watches over you—
the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
6 the sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord will keep you from all harm—
he will watch over your life;
8 the Lord will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore.

There is something satisfying about helping someone else. It is in us. Little children will follow their parents around wanting to help in the task at hand. We were made to serve.

Christ’s primary mission in the earth was to serve mankind. It was His nature. We are made in His image. It is our nature too.

Life can become so hectic, especially this time of year. Let us not lose sight of the reason for the celebration. It is about the King who came to serve.

What to experience satisfaction- serve someone. I recently heard this quote, “The seeds of happiness grow deepest in the soil of service.“ ~Bro. Lanny Raynor

There is joy in serving! ♥️

“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”” Mark 10:45

27/11/2023

From the time that God created Adam, He said it was not good for man to be alone. We see this in Gen 2:18.

Then in Ex 17:12, we read where Aaron & Hur kept the arms of Moses uplifted. The Israelites were in battle & would be in victory as long as Moses kept his arms uplifted toward heaven. But, his arms became weary, so Aaron got on one side & Hur on the other. They kept his arms up so the Israelites would have victory.

We need each other. We were never intended to do life in isolation. I want to call out two scenarios that bring isolation:

1. Chronic illness of family member
2. Depression

The tendency is to ask what people need. My experience is to think about that requires more than there is strength for. Just take a meal, take toiletries, have the house cleaned, the lawn mowed, etc. These things are the blessing they didn’t know they needed.

Let’s support each other…we were not designed to do life alone.

“And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.”” Genesis 2:18

“But Moses’ hands became heavy; so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. And Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.” Exodus 17:12

God bless you.

Philippians 4:19 states, “God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus

God is able to meet all of your needs and desires. There is no end to His omnipotence and giving nature, so you should never worry that what you have is all you will ever have.

But strong faith and adherence to Christian values are necessary in order to be open to God's benefits.
Make sure to pray, show kindness and compassion, give liberally, and express gratitude. Not only should you be grateful for your life, but be extremely grateful for God, Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

‍To resist Satan and all his evil tactics, daily be in the Word of God, the Word is a powerful weapon that we all need to learn how to weld!

What A Beautiful Name (Lyric Video) - Hillsong Worship 24/11/2023

What a BEAUTIFUL Name it is, the name of Jesus Christ!

You were the Word at the beginning
One with God the Lord Most High
Your hidden glory in creation
Now, revealed in You our Christ

… What a beautiful Name it is, what a beautiful Name it is
The Name of Jesus Christ my King
What a beautiful Name it is, nothing compares to this
What a beautiful Name it is, the Name of Jesus

… You didn't want heaven without us
So Jesus, You brought heaven down
My sin was great, Your love was greater
What could separate us now?

… What a wonderful Name it is, what a wonderful Name it is
The Name of Jesus Christ my King
What a wonderful Name it is, nothing compares to this
What a wonderful Name it is, the Name of Jesus
What a wonderful Name it is, the Name of Jesus

… How sweet is Your Name, Lord, how good You are)
We love to sing in Your Name, Lord, love to sing of who You are
… Death could not hold You, the veil tore before You
You silenced the boast of sin and grave
The Heavens are roaring the praise of Your glory
For You are raised to life again

… You have no rival, You have no equal
Now and forever, God, You reign
Yours is the Kingdom, Yours is the Glory
Yours is the Name above all names

… What a powerful Name it is, what a powerful Name it is
The Name of Jesus Christ my King
What a powerful Name it is, nothing can stand against
What a powerful Name it is, the Name of Jesus

… You have no rival, You have no equal
Now and forever, God, You reign
Yours is the Kingdom, Yours is the Glory
Yours is the Name above all names

… What a powerful Name it is, what a powerful Name it is
The Name of Jesus Christ my King
What a powerful Name it is, nothing can stand against
What a powerful Name it is, the Name of Jesus

… What a powerful Name it is, the Name of Jesus
What a powerful Name it is, the Name of Jesus

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, I am trying to be more intentional about having a heart of gratitude.

This verse from Psalms is my meditation this week, “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.” Psalms 100:4

Life can be tough & it can weigh us down immensely. But there is always, Always, ALWAYS something we can be thankful for. Let us shift our focus to the One who has saved us, restored us, & redeemed us. We are thankful, Oh God!

For many, the holidays are a joyous occasion. But also for many, it is a hard time for various reasons.

Regardless of where you are at, Psalm 34:15 brings us hope:

“The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry.”

God’s eyes are on you & He hears the cry of your heart! He captures every tear you cry.

You are seen & you are heard! God promises to never forsake us! Let’s stir ourselves up, ask God to release His joy over us, & let the enemy know we are standing firm on our most holy faith!! AMEN?!?!

Psalm 139:14
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well

We tell our children they are "fearfully and wonderfully made." We repeat it sometimes with a hushed wonder. At other times, we sigh in response to their antics and shake our heads. We write the saying on t-shirts, cards, and posters as a way to support one another. What does it really mean to be "fearfully and wonderfully made," though?

Where did we obtain this catchphrase for impact, and are we sharing it correctly?

Recalling that you were once just a thought in God's mind, existing outside of time, is a profound fact. He thought about you over and over and decided He liked it, He loved the thought of you.

Acts 17:26 then says that He chose the best time and location for you to dwell in this world He created. And according to Ephesians 2:10, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them," ESV, He has already prepared a purpose for you to serve.

Every life counts. You are important. Our significance is frequently concealed from us by satan, our own sinful nature, or other people's sinful deeds. However, everyone of us had a beginning with God, was given a special design, bears His likeness, and is a product of our particular era. He has his eye on us.

It could take a lifetime to really accept this, trust this, and have faith in God's love for us, but it is the reality. It's an amazing beautiful reality.

It is Thanksgiving week. This is a great time to reflect on all that God has done for us. He is such a good & faithful God.

In 2 Chron 7:1, it says, “When Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices and the glory of the Lord filled the temple.“

The burnt offering was first offered to God by Noah after the ark landed & they disembarked. It was an offering of gratitude. Noah and his family were the only ones that had survived in ALL the earth. His heart was overflowing with gratitude.

He hd been mocked as he was building the ark. The persecution was great. But he obeyed the Lord, regardless of how crazy it seemed. And his life & the lives of his family members were spared. What a grateful heart he had.

The verse in 2 Chron shows us what happens when we offer gratitude & praise to God - his glory [presence] fills the temple. We are His temple- we will be full of His presence. Hallelujah! His presence changes things!!!

Psalm 27 shows us much about the many facets of God. He is whomever we need Him to be. He is our all in all!!

My Savior
“The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear?

My Strength
The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?

My Defender
When the wicked came against me To eat up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell. Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, In this I will be confident.

My Abiding Place
One thing I have desired of the Lord, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple.

My Protector
For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.

My Victory
And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me; Therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord.

My Helper
Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice! Have mercy also upon me, and answer me. When You said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, Lord, I will seek.” Do not hide Your face from me; Do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help; Do not leave me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation.

My Parent
When my father and my mother forsake me, Then the Lord will take care of me.

My Teacher
Teach me Your way, O Lord, And lead me in a smooth path, because of my enemies.

My Warrior
Do not deliver me to the will of my adversaries; For false witnesses have risen against me, And such as breathe out violence.

My Faithful God
I would have lost heart, unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living. Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!”

I will share three words that, if you use the concept to its fullest, will change your life and the lives of the people around you!
PUT GOD FIRST!!

Matthew 6:33 ESV
But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

And I mean first in everything. Hear me now: You’d be wiser with more knowledge of God’s kingdom, which leads to better marriages, sound finances, and strong friendships. And you’d be showing the next generation how to have a meaningful, strong life by ensuring God is first in every area of your life!

This sounds great! ~ Tammie, how does this begin? I just love it when people ask me a question about Jesus that I know the answer to! ~

My friends, the best gift you can give to yourself is to decide from now on that you will start your day with Jesus. Every morning, choose to connect with God before you get out of bed. It could sound something like this.

Lord, I thank You for Your plans for my life today. I thank you for your timing, which is perfect. I thank You for bringing whatever is needed in my life today. I trust that You'll protect and watch over me. Thank You, God, that you are going to use me to make a difference!
,
Friends, you begin your day with something like that, and even on the cloudiest days, your day will shine brightly, and you know why? Because you are connected with our Father first, and everything else will fall into place!

What a MIGHTY God we serve!!!

14/11/2023

We often hear how important it is to know God, to know His essence, to know His character, and to know His truth. This is vitally important to our spiritual walk.

But also, it is very important that we know who we are in Him. If we are going to do great things with God, we have to understand who we are in Him.

Below are a few scripture that state our identity as God sees us in Christ. It is imperative that we see ourselves as He does. If we see ourselves by our flesh, He cannot move through us. The flesh is sinful and He cannot move through sin, but only through the righteousness of Christ.

I am God’s workmanship, His handiwork, born anew in Christ to do his work. Eph 2:10

I am a citizen of heaven, seated in heaven right now. Eph 2:6, Phil 3:20

I am an expression of the life of Christ because He is my life. Col 3:4

I am a member of a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God‘s own possession. 1 Pet 2:9-10

I am a child of God and I will resemble Christ when He returns. 1 John 3:1-2

I am one of God’s living stones, being built up in Christ as a spiritual house. 1 Pet 2:5

I am a son/daughter of light and not of darkness. 1 Thes 5:5

I am chosen of God, holy and dearly loved. 1 Thes 1:4, Col 3:12

I am a fellow citizen with the rest of God’s family. Eph 2:19

I am a son/daughter of God and one in Christ. Gal 3:26,28

I am a new creation. 2 Cor 5:17

I am united to the Lord and am one spirit with Him. 1 Cor 6:17

I am a joint heir with Christ, sharing His inheritance with Him. Romans 8:17

I am Christ’s friend. John 15:15

I am a child of God. John 1:12

I am chosen and appointed by Christ to bear His fruit. John 15:16

Let’s embrace who He says we are!!! Hallelujah!!

13/11/2023

We are told in 2 Cor 10:4, that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but are mighty in God. The key that I want to hone in on is that it is not one weapon, the word is plural. There are multiple weapons.

In Ps 149:6, it says this, “Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand,”. Psalms 149:6

High praises to God are a two-edged sword in our hands. They are a weapon in our arsenal.

Yes, out battle is with the enemy, but we also have an advocate that fights on our behalf.

Let’s give Him high praises!!! Hallelujah!

10/11/2023

What If?

I have discovered that "What If" is one of the weapons Satan uses against us.
What if my child never turns back to the Lord? What if I lose my home? What if the cancer comes back? What if, after all the studying, I still don't pass? What if he doesn't accept Jesus before he closes his eyes for the last time? WHAT IF!!!

Satan feeds off fear, and fear must be fed to gain power. Satan loves a buffet of "What Ifs" he is constantly eating off it. You know, it's sad to me how people can so clearly hear the devil's voice but struggle to hear God's voice. It seems like no one ever struggles to listen to the voice of the enemy, but you constantly meet people who struggle to hear the voice of God in their lives.

Friends, if this is you, you can change this! Instead of living in fear, let's live in faith. Satan is the father of lies, so don't trust what he says! God has NEVER lied, Has never broken a promise, and loves you beyond understanding. Grow your faith by growing in the Word of God, and watch how your "What Ifs" will change to "But God"!

Know who is talking!

09/11/2023

I am reading a book about authority & submission. I have come to understand that there is only a need for submission when the two do not agree. When they agree, submission is not needed.

I understand and agree with submission to those in authority over us. It is the order that has been ordained by God Himself. BUT...Just being transparent, I struggle when the leader is not on the up & up, whether that is government official, workplace leader, church leader, etc. I have a hard time with honor when there is deception, manipulation, pride, selfishness, etc.

But here is what the Lord is showing me. It is possible to honor the person apart from their behavior. Are the above behaviors honoring? No, not at all. But, I can separate the behavior from the person, and honor the person.

One of the best ways to do that is to cover them in prayer. As we earnestly lift them to our Savior, He will soften our heart and bring us to a place where we can genuinely honor the leader.

God is so so good to meet us if we will take that first step!! Amen?!

“Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you.” Hebrews 13:17

08/11/2023

Our prayer should not be God bless me. Our prayer should be God bless me with seed for sowing! I want to sow into Your Kingdom Father!

When God blesses you with seed for sowing it’s going to touch more than your personal life! It’s going to bring Heaven to Earth that is going to make a difference for eternity!

As you ask God for this great gift make sure to ask God to give you wisdom, guidance, and a heart for complete obedience to do His will!

To have the desire for God to bless you with seed for sowing is to have the desire to make a difference that goes beyond this world!!!

2 Corinthians 9:10-11
10 Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. 11 You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.

07/11/2023

In Eph 5:11, it says we are to have nothing to do with the deeds of darkness, but rather we should expose them.

Sin is a serious matter, the wages of sin are death, eternal separation from God. But, If we do not reprove our own sins, or the sins of others, then we have fellowship with them.

We have the responsibility to make sure our own heart is clean, but this verse says we can be held responsible for the sins of others if we don’t expose them. We have to confront sin, it is our responsibility.

This can be intimidating, but we don’t have to do it alone. We have a helper. The Holy Spirit will lead & guide the conversation. And His ways are the BEST ways.

Is there someone you need to have a chat with? I known I do.

“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.”
Ephesians 5:11

When Jesus went to the cross, He took all that we are, so that we could be all that He is. ALL is ALL!!

Cornelia Nuzum says it so well in her book, The Life of Faith.

“Jesus chose to take upon Himself, and really be all the things that we were, and God let Him take His place thus and make Him to be those things. Although He was not at all like any of them, but because He chose to be so, and never turned away or let them go, God made Him really to be them. His one purpose in doing all of this was to make it possible for us to have everything that He is – being and abiding in us.”

Doesn’t matter what we need, what we are lacking, what we need to overcome, it is all available in Jesus. And He died that we could have it in us!! Hallelujah!

We are fully equipped!!!

Let’s look at Romans 8:28 ESV, “And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose”.

The promise of Romans 8:28 is that God works for our good “in all things.”
BUT…there are two qualifiers for God to work all things together for our good.

He works for “the good of those who love Him.” If you love God, you can trust that He works for your good. He loves you back, and when you love people, you’ll seek what is best for them.

Second, He works for “those who are called according to His purpose.” Did you realize that following God entails submitting to His purpose? He has called you for a purpose, and He has a plan for your life.

The wording of this verse suggests that these two qualifiers–loving God and experiencing His call–are one. Those who love God are called according to His purpose. And vice versa.

Being called according to God’s purpose also reminds us what “our good” actually is. It’s not our comfort or worldly success. It’s the furthering of His purpose through us. If we understood what eternity was all about, we would all be so grateful, and we’d be running to do His purpose!

02/11/2023

Regardless of what you are facing, no matter how insurmountable it seems, remember, nothing is impossible with God.

Do you see that? No-thing is impossible! Not one thing, nada, zilch, zero, zip! There is absolutely nothing that He cannot do.

Encourage yourself with that truth today!

“For with God nothing will be impossible.”
Luke 1:37

02/11/2023

The cares of this world, and the means we use to cope with with them, can be overwhelming. There are so many things competing for our time, our attention, and our focus. Some may be seemingly less harmful than others. Workaholic as opposed to alcohol seems to be a but more productive.

Regardless of how it may appear, it is still a trap of the enemy.

But 2 Peter 2:20 tells us how to avoid the pollutions or defilements of the world:

“For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ….”

It is through the knowledge of Jesus. As we grow in our relationship with Him and our knowledge of Him, those temptations become less tempting.

Know Him, know freedom!

I have a saying I started several years ago, "I'm so excited, and I'm excited to be excited"! I have the JOY of the Lord, and it's WONDERFUL!

Now, don't get me wrong, I've gone through some hard times in my life. My childhood was difficult; as an adult, I went through a series of strokes, and my beloved husband battled cancer three different times. But each time, God was with me. Even as a child, I could feel Him; I just didn't know at the time who I was feeling.
When you have a strong relationship with the Lord, you experience joy, peace, and happiness that bubbles out of you.

A little over two months ago, after 32 years of marriage, my beloved husband went home to be with the Lord after a nine-month battle with cancer. Jerry (husband) didn't lose the fight; I wouldn't call going to Heaven losing! But grieving for me can really be extremely hard.

But what's amazing about this is that Jerry has only been in Heaven for two months, and I feel STRONG excitement again! I feel ALIVE! And yes, Jerry and I were very close; not only did we love each other, but we actually liked each other too!

I realize this excitement is coming from the joy I have with my relationship with Jesus! In Him is where I find my strength; in Him is where I find my purpose! Because of Jesus, I have peace, happiness, and an incredible drive to share the love that can only come from the heart of God!

As much as I love Jerry, I have discovered that Jesus is actually the love of my life, and I'm so excited! Friends, I'm excited to be excited! I pray you, too, have this kind of relationship with Christ; what's terrific is if you don't, you can!!!

Psalm 16:5-11 NLT
Lord, you alone are my inheritance, my cup of blessing. You guard all that is mine. The land you have given me is a pleasant land. What a wonderful inheritance! I will bless the Lord who guides me; even at night, my heart instructs me. I know the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me. No wonder my heart is glad, and I rejoice. My body rests in safety. For you will not leave my soul among the dead or allow your holy one to rot in the grave. You will show me the way of life,
granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever

Disciples of Freedom

Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, we will seek to minister to the broken and hurting on all three levels of body, soul, and spirit. We believe that individuals must have physical needs (body) met before they can receive on a Spiritual level. The same applies for the realm of the soul. The idea is that in order for full freedom and restoration to be realized, all the parts of an individual must receive healing and restoration.
