Important Update: New Requirements for Home Buyers

Things are changing in the real estate world, and I’m here as your trusted agent to help you navigate these changes.

Starting today, August 17, 2024, all buyers will need to enter into a Buyer Broker/Agent Agreement to view any home or property with a licensed realtor. This new requirement is due to updated laws regarding real estate transparency and compensation.

This agreement confirms that you’ll be working with a specific realtor and outlines the services your realtor will provide, as well as how commissions will be handled. As always in real estate, everything remains negotiable. This is mandatory nationwide for every realtor!
