Spare Time Stitch

This weekend is the last one you will be able to find any Spare Time Stitch items available at ! Here are some throw backs from my start in the shop in October 2020 as a pop up to my 2023 work. Thank you so much for the support you’ve shown. I’m still available for some small custom orders so don’t hesitate to reach out.

But before I say “see ya later” I feel compelled to tell you about how special Screws and Sparkles has been for me.

I’m always so amazed at the timing the universe has. That in hindsight I can see now how sharing my work with Sophia ended up as evidence of Gods presence in my life. I didn’t recognize it then but having crochet cacti to make and crochet lightbulbs to sew together and a 35 mile drive to Buckeye to make every week for restock(😅) gave me something to stay productive and busy for when I didn’t know what to do with myself. There was this special place to go to where everything made me smile… the vibes were always vibing… The music was always 🤌🏼… it gave magic. It gave Sparkle✨.
screwsandsparkles brings a love all her own to her work and the small businesses she lifts up. It was the kind of love that I needed to help carry me through new territory and a couple of very difficult years. Thank you Sophia for your support, encouragement, challenge, and appreciation for a piece of me I was still getting to know. I felt your energy every time I walked in the shop and it left me energized every time I walked out.

I’m so proud to have been part of the awesome force that is Screws and Sparkles. I’m moving on to make room for a promotion at work and to focus on big goals like buying a home. But don’t get it twisted- I started as an obsessed customer and I stay an obsessed customer. So, I’ll see ya later 😉✌🏼💗
