Got Firewood? Need Firewood? From Saturday until March 31st, you can obtain a permit at our Visitor Center and then collect wood from specific log decks located around the park. $10 per cord. Limit of 4 cords and 1 permit per person. Credit or debit card transaction only. Only downed wood from the log decks may be collected. This downed wood is the result of hazard tree removal, ultimately a result of the Carr Fire. For more information, go to the Visitor Center or call them at (530) 246-1225.
