Yesterday was and boy am I feeling it today. I remember a time when I wasnt able to use any weights. Now after a break I can still use 5lbs and I know it's only a matter of time before I break out the 10lbs!
Back at it today with and boy did I miss this. I've lost some progress since I stopped my workouts, but I'll get back there. I even tried out my today. Soooo much sweat on it during this workout!
After weeks of dizziness, I'm trying out yoga. Rory is helping.
with a metal straw is my new favorite thing. Shakeology already tastes like a delicious milkshake, but even more with this straw! The perfect way to drink a shakeology in summer. 😊

Today I started starting with the routine and it was fun! I was worried that it wasnt going to push me but as you can see from all the sweat, it definitely did!
I got sick again this week. I was in the ER twice just this week and I've started meds that include lightheadedness and dizziness as an effect before I "get used to it". I've been told to do less intense exercises for a little bit. At first I was feeling really discouraged and disappointed because I've built up this great strength and routine. So I'm going to start a lower impact Beachbody workout. I'm still deciding which one, but I have my eyes on some fun looking dance ones.
Sometimes we have to roll with what life throws at us. It might feel like we're falling back with the tide, but we still have our experience of doing the hard work and we know we can do it. We just need to keep on fighting and pushing through.

Today was and boy was I I needed resistance bands (the kinds with the handles) but I got creative and tried to make this band work. It worked for all but one exercise.
Needless to say bands were purchased today and the website makes it so easy and their items are actually not as expensive as some of the other sites I was looking at! Can't wait to do this next time with better preparation!
Busy day today but I still got in my of which was AND which I actually love. Any ab stuff I use as my motivation. Soon these arms will become more defined. For now though, rewarding myself with some well deserved

FINISHED which wrapped up with today. This program was so fun and Autumn was so inspiring. Not only for workouts, but for my life as a whole. Now to figure out what workout I want to start tomorrow... 🤔

Today I'm struggling. I am struggling to stand up once I'm on the floor and so I skipped all the workouts that involved being on the floor and jumping back up. I also modified a lot. But I did it! I even made up some time with afterwards!
Any day I get to use my yoga mat AND resistance bands is a good day.
I mixed things up slightly with because I had a bad reaction to some meds yesterday and so couldn't get my workout in. I skipped the and today did with
I can feel myself getting stronger. I could barely handle these moves with 5lbs and now I want to go buy 10lbs to keep challenging myself. Not every day is going to work out. It's important that we learn to adapt to the crap life throws our way. We got this!
Week 2 of is officially done! Today was and my first time using and it was so much fun! I can feel how stronger I'm getting since things I struggled to do the first week I can now fully do with these bands!
This is the face of someone who is almost done with WEEK 2 of . It's been a wild journey so far, but so worth it. I personally hate but the feeling I get when she says that we're in the last 2 minutes is worth the 28 minutes of sweat and hard work before then!
I had a lot of doubts if I could get myself back on track with this program after I got sick last week. Keeping myself in a routine where I am showing myself every day what I can accomplish has definitely helped me. Also, with these videos and the amazing community, you're never alone in your journey. Sorry for disappearing for a few days, I got sick and I'm working on getting through it.
I deal with depression and sometimes it spins out of control. Now was one of those times. A bump in the road.
I will be getting back to my daily once I regain my strength (depression sometimes means I can't stomach food). Hang in there with me guys, keep giving each other support. It's the best way to keep your motivation going.
Almost done with my first week of and I am so excited! I've shown up even on days when I struggled to get out of bed or didn't feel 100%. I worked every workout even if I found it intimidating! sounded scary to me, but I went out there and I pushed through and did it! It honestly wasn't as bad as I built it up in my head.
The cast in the is so fun that I am always so surprised at how fast the time has gone with these !!

I want to let you all know about a new journey I'm working on. I am a new Beachbody coach now and I have created a page and an instagram page to help me to build a supportive group for those who are working on building healthier lives. I know it can be difficult, and there have been so many times (especially since I broke my wrists) where I have heard from others as well as myself that I can't do workouts, I have limits that will prevent me from being as fit and athletic as I had been in the past.
Well, I'm learning that this just isn't true. I can do workouts, I can live a healthy life. Even if this means modifying certain activities, I can STILL do them. This is so important to me.
