* 4 drops Frankincense + 3 drops each Vanilla, Valor + 2 drops Tangerine

You can also easily transform these blends into roller recipes and sprays!

* To make a 10mL roller from any recipe: triple the number of drops to make a total of 35-45 total drops, add a carrier of choice (we love V-6 Vegetable Complex) and you're good to go!

* To make a 2oz spray from any recipe: double the number of drops to a total of about 25 drops, add a splash of witch hazel and fill with filtered water. Spray on upholstered surfaces, bedding, rugs, anywhere you want to freshen!

WHY DITCH ANTIBACTERIAL SOAPS (https://www.fda.gov/consumers/consumer-updates/antibacterial-soap-you-can-skip-it-use-plain-soap-and-water)

When it comes to cleaning our hands (especially post 2020), we want to make sure we are using products that are effective, but that don't damage our health. Turns out that the benefits of using antibacterial hand soap haven't been proven, and widespread use of antibacterial soaps even has negative consequences for our health, including contributing to bacterial resistance. Some research shows that this resistance may have a significant impact on the effectiveness of medical treatments, such as antibiotics.

In fact, when it comes to our skin, we actually want some beneficial bacteria there. The same way that we want a healthy mix of bacteria to inhabit the gut, we want to keep the bacteria that normally populate the skin as well. It is a crucial piece to overall health!! Without this your immune system would not be able to properly protect you from infection and disease and your skin would be susceptible to a variety of skin ailments. Washing away all that goodness with antibacterial soaps is actually counterproductive to our health!

In addition, many antibacterial soaps contain triclosan and triclocarban, ingredients of concern that we'd rather avoid altogether. In fact, the EPA considers these ingredients pesticides! Both triclosan and triclocarban are endocrine disruptors - they alter the level of certain hormones in the body and change the way that these hormones work. And we know that healthy, balanced hormones are KEY to so many areas of health! Definitely not something we want in our hand soaps (or anywhere else for that matter).

YL FOAMING HAND SOAP V. CONVENTIONAL SOAPS

Have you heard the term ‘greenwashing'? It is when companies throw catch phrases or use certain packaging to trick consumers into thinking they are purchasing a natural product, when in reality, what they are buying isn't natural at all. Unfortunately the majority of the ‘natural' cleaning brands out there do this, which is a huge reason we love the Young Living cleaning and personal care products!
