Track Micro-Wins

Instead of focusing on huge milestones, track your micro-wins. Small victories fuel long-term consistency.

For example, track how many days you showed up rather than how perfect your performance was. Progress is progress, no matter the size.
Better to appreciate every positive aspect of life. Respond to the call and enlist your name at the top.

William Blake's quote suggests that betrayal by a friend can be more painful and difficult to forgive than wrongs committed by an enemy. This highlights the deeper emotional connections and expectations we have with friends, making their betrayals feel more profound. In contrast, we may have fewer personal stakes in conflicts with enemies, making it easier to let go of grievances.

ID Card Distribution to the students of BA (Hon's) First Year, Session 2023-24

It is the trend of modern time to treat everyone of his/ her equal rank.They don’t even know how to greet others. If someone happens to meet me on the walkway or elsewhere, they remain silent posing dummy. I notice it for a few weeks in the case of at least 90 cases. But I don’t blame them, rather I blame their superiors who lag behind in teaching this norms of behaviour. This is the sickness of sordid practices in family and society.

October Mindset:

• Never say more than necessary.

• Don't allow your emotions to overpower your intelligence.

• Lower your expectations from others.

• Let your success do the talking.

• 10 people 10 different opinions. Stop pleasing.

• Remember your haters are your fans.

• Don't be afraid to say "NO".

• Don't aspire to be perfect.

• Know your truth (and be okay with someone else not believing you.)

Purity is of a priority :

Fake people are all around. It is almost impossible to recognise true friends. All wear mask and so beguiling they are. Both the feigned and the toxic are to be shunned if you desire to dwell peacefully in the cosy corner of the universe. Here are some clues to avoid such allergic associates:
a) Honey-coated remarks are often misleading. Be alert!

b) Back biters are double dealers.
Be cautious.

c) A betrayer who tries to prove loyalty to you. Never keep faith in his/ her custody for second-time.

d) Avoid a vain / block headed guy . Never share your secrets.
