Supply Chain Management Association and international Club of business students spent the day on a professional development trip in Des Moines. The group toured Kemin. Then gad lunch at Hessen Haus with UNI alum Russel Karim. Then the group toured two Hy-Vee facilities: Fresh Commissary where they make six to seven thousand pizzas a day and PDI distribution center. Great group to be with all day.

The team made the finals here at the Operation Stimulus Supply Chain case competition.

Hello! We have a meeting this Wednesday at 5:30 with Hy-Vee where we will be hearing from their VP of transportation about the company and opportunities they have open in supply chain.

Just a reminder that tonight at 5:30pm, Collins Aerospace will be coming to speak to us about their company and opportunities.

There has been a change in plans for Wednesday's event due to event overlap. We will stay outside for games but are now located outside Curris on the south side. We will still have the same time and food provided! Hope to see everyone there!

Welcome back! SCMA is glad to welcome all new, potential, and old members back this semester! This Wednesday at 5:30pm outside of panther village we will start the year off with a social meeting with pizza, volleyball and outdoor Jenga. Hope to see you all there!

This week we are excited to be meeting with Viking Pump! This meeting will be held in CBB 131 at 5:30 PM and we will also be providing subway. This is a great way to learn how viking pump operates! Hope to see you all there!

We are excited have a meeting on this Wednesday, April 5th, at 5:00 PM in CBB 109 (John Deere Auditorium)! We will meet with ESP International until 6:15 PM and then go to Golf Lab in Cedar Falls until 8:00 PM. This will be a great event where we can network with ESP International. If you are in the class Global Supply Chain Management with professor Anderson, this is a required event for you to attend.

This Wednesday, March 22nd, at 5:30 PM, we will meet with Warren Transport! For this meeting, we will meet at 5:05 PM in the Hall of Flags and then head to their location. They have invited SCMA to see their New Facility before their official grand opening next week! Warren Transport is also very generous in providing pizza for us to enjoy throughout the event.

This week SCMA is hosting a meeting with HNI! We are so excited to see them back this semester and they can't wait to connect with you! This week we are also having Jimmy Johns for everyone can't wait to see everyone there Wednesday in CBB 131!
