NBA Side Play!

2 Units:
Atlanta Hawks to beat Boston Celtics
Denver Nuggets - LA Clippers ; Over 197.5 Total Points
@ 2.22

Analysis:
The high flying Celtics play the Hawks, and although Atlanta have been pretty poor in the last week or so, they should get back onto winning ways tonight. Point guard Jeff Teague who returned against the Cavs 2 nights ago should be more match fatigue, and they'll want to make sure they get back onto winning ways after a poor week or so.

Two high scoring teams play off tonight. Although the Clippers have a very bad bench, and this affects their shooting when their starters aren't on, Denver have a really poor defense, and the Clippers who are on a 3 game losing streak should take advantage off. Nevertheless the Clippers defense isn't anything outstanding, and furthermore the last 5 meetings between these two has gone over this alternative total. Denver has also gone over it in their last 4 of 5 games, meanwhile the Clippers are hit and miss going 2-3, however two of those games resulting in an under, were due to the Clippers poor offense, something we don't see them having trouble with tonight.

NBA Side Play!

2 Units:
Miami Heat - New York Knicks ; Under 192.5 Total Points
@ 1.87

Analysis:
The Miami Heat posses one of the best defenses in the league, and they come up against a Knicks team on a 4 game winning streak. 7 of Miamis last 10 games have gone under this total, ,meanwhile 6 of the past 10 Knicks games have gone under this total. Neither team is a relatively high scoring, free flowing team, and we're expecting a close, low scoring affair!

Value Side Play!
Our challenge bet is still in play, and it looks like it will come down to the wire! For the time being we've got a value side multi in the soccer tonight!

1 Unit @ $7.28
Western Sydney Wanderers - Wellington Pheonix ; Over 2.5 Goals
Valencia to beat Las Palmas (Spanish La Liga)
Wolfsburg to beat Werder Bremen (German Bundesliga)
AS Monaco to beat Nantes (French Ligue 1)

Analysis:
Wellington's games have gone over 2.5 in their last 4 of 5, and furthermore they've conceeded in all of their games this season. Despite WSW starting of their season low scoring, their past 2 games have gone over 2.5 goals, and their beginning to find some attacking rhythm. We think this will be a relatively open game with 3 goals minimum.

Valencia sit 7th in the Spanish league, and after a poor start their starting to play some solid football. They haven't lost at home in their last 5 games, and have won their last 3 consecutive. They now play Las Palmas who sit 18th on the ladder, and are winless in their past 5 away games.

Wolfsburg sit third in the Bundesliga and come up against 14th placed Werder Bremen. Despite Werder Bremen showing some decent form lately, Wolfsburg at home are just a class above. Wolfsburg are 4 wins, 1 draw at home in their last 5 games, meanwhile Werder Bremen are 3 wins 2 losses away. Despite this record, Werder Bremens wins have come up against struggling Augsburg (18th on ladder), Mainz (10th), Hoffenheim (17th).

Monaco are underachieving this season, after a very successful campaign last season. They haven't been very solid, however, they will know they must be winning these types of games to get back into contention. The international break came at the right time for Monaco, and they now play Nantes who sit 1 position behind Monaco. Stats suggest this will be a rather close game which could go either way, however, Monaco have much better class overall in their team, and playing at home after an international break, its hard to go against them.

Challenge Bet + Side Play!
Some good form picked up in our side bets over the past couple days, especially in the NBA, so we now restarting our challenge!

Bet 1:
$50 x 2.10 = $105

LA Clippers to beat Portland Trailblazers
Toronto Raptors to beat LA Lakers

Analysis:
The Clippers will be looking to bounce back after their horrible loss to GSW yesterday, being up by more than 20 points! JJ Reddick is a good chance to return, and Chris Paul didn't look to be bothered by his injury, scoring 30+. This is simply a bounce back play, and we really think the Clippers will fire up after their shock loss, and will want to redeem themselves asap. Portland also return from a road trip, and teams returning from road trips in the NBA have tended to struggle in their first home game back. Portland are also on a 7 game losing streak, and are 2-3 at home.

Toronto are just a much better team than the Lakers. The Raptors haven't won a game this road trip, and end their trip here in LA, and there's no doubt they wont want to go 0-4. They've been quite convincing this road trip, losing to GSW by 5 points, and the Jazz by 4 points. The Lakers are only with the 2 wins this season, and we can't see them getting wins against playoff teams such as the Raptors.

Side Play:
1 Unit @ 4.91
Brooklyn Nets - Boston Celtic ; under 202.5 Total Points
Oklahoma City Thunder to beat New York Knicks
Chicago Bulls - Golden State Warriors ; Over 202.5 Total Points
New Orleans Pelicans +12.5 vs San Antonio Spurs

Side Play!!
A great couple days in the NBA, we now move to a value play in the A-League tonight. We are only staking 1 unit on this side play, as we're going against a recent trend!

1 Unit
Brisbane Roar - Melbourne City ; Over 3.5 Goals @ $2.62

Analysis:
The past two games between these two have only ended in 1 goal, and furthermore, Brisbane Roars last 2 games have ended with 1-0, and 0-0 scorelines. We're going against the recent trend tonight and we're expecting a high scoring affair. Melbourne City have conceded 3 or more goals in 4 games already this season, meanwhile they've scored in all of their games, excluding last weeks 3-0 loss. They welcome back Aaron Mooy who is the main attack of that team, meanwhile, Brisbane welcome back Jamie Maclaren their number 1 centre forward. We're expecting a desperate Melbourne City side to go all out this game knowing a result is a must, meanwhile Brisbane should be able to catch them on the break multiple times.

NBA Side Bet!

Another side bet for tomorrow's NBA games. As evident throughout this season, taking the favorites in the NBA is asking for trouble, but there's two tomorrow and we just don't know how they can lose!

2 Units
Cleveland Cavaliers -3.5 - Milwaukee Bucks
Golden State Warriors to beat LA Clippers

Analysis:
The Cavs, and the Bucks met at the end of last week, in which the Bucks won in double overtime in Milwaukee. Cleveland had numerous chances to win that game, however, the Bucks were very fortunate to come away with the win. Cleveland furthermore went onto lose to Detroit, and now after going 0-2 they return home, and we can see this as a perfect spot for taking revenge on this young Bucks team. Lebron, and the Cavs should do all they can to prevent going 0-3, especially infront of their home crowd. The Bucks are 2-3 when playing away, and their most recent result was a 29 point loss to the Wizards. If the Cavs turn it on they should convincingly win.

Golden State - LA Clippers is one of the biggest games of the season, a heated rivalry which always has controversy. Despite this game being in LA, we just can't go past the undefeated warriors. Warriors are on a 12-0 run, and a 15-0 run will equal to record for most wins to begin a season. There is no doubt this record is on their mind, and they will be more than fired up to get the result. The Clippers, are one of the only teams capable of beating this Warriors team, however, their starting players in Chris Paul, and JJ Redick (Both Point Guards) are listed as doubtful to play, and without these two, the Clippers will struggle to contain Curry, as well as struggle to put up enough baskets to keep up with the Warriors.

Timeline photos 18/11/2015

Side Play!
We haven't had the best form in the past few days in the NBA, and we're not going to hide any results! We put the blame on ourselves, however, as long as we can hit more winners than loses we can guarantee profit! Funny enough, 5 of 7 underdogs won straight up in the NBA today, meanwhile 6 of 7 covered their lines!

1 Unit:
Atlanta Hawks to beat Sacramento Kings
Houston Rockets - Portland Trailblazers ; Over 201.5 Total Points

Analysis:
The Hawks let us down today with their shock loss to Brooklyn, however, they are now on a three game losing streak and to lose four in a row would be a huge blow for the team. They return home now, against a Sacramento team who haven't traveled in 6 games, and lost their only two traveling games. Atlanta are the much better team and should turn around this series of loses and beat the Kings at home.

Houston play no defense what so ever, and that could be apart of the reason why they've been struggling so much. Teams score to easily against the Rockets team, as they've conceeded 100+ in all of their games. Portland are a pretty high scoring team, however, find themselves on a 6 game losing streak, and they'll know they can stop that against a struggling Houston team. We can expect a high scoring game tomorrow with not much defense played at all, and these teams love to shoot the 3 ball, so as long as their shooting around 40% throughout the game this should go easily over.

Timeline photos 17/11/2015

🏀🏀 NBA Value Side Play! 🏀🏀
We've put together a 4 leg multi in the NBA tomorrow that pays a huge $5.39!

Cleveland Cavaliers to beat Detroit Pistons
Minnesota Timberwolves - Miami Heat ; Under 201.5 Total Points
Denver Nuggets +11.5 - New Orleans Pelicans
Golden State Warriors -5.5 - Toronto Raptors

Analysis:
Cleveland are coming of a loss, and Lebron will be sure to make sure his team don't start this road trip 0-2. They were rather unlucky against the Bucks last game losing in double-overtime, and they now come up against a Pistons team who are on a four game losing streak. Usually in the NBA we tend to back teams on losing streaks, as their motivation is usually at a high, however, the Pistons are coming back from a Western road trip, playing 4 away games against Western conference teams in 6 nights. There is no doubt that this will some what have fatigued the players, and based on trends from last season, it usually takes a team a game or two to get back into their rhythm after returning from long road trips, from across the country.

The Timberwolves have gone over this total in their last three games, however, we're not looking to much into that. Miami are one of the best defensive teams this year. They have only given up 100+ once this season against Cleveland, and furthermore have only scored 100+ three times this season. Their coming off a 4 day break so their shooting may be a tad off, however, they shouldn't be feeling any fatigue, and should continue to play their hard defensive style of play. Miami have furthermore gone under this total in all their games this season, and when these two played two weeks ago the score ended on 180 points.

Despite Denver missing a great deal of players tomorrow against the Pelicans, the Pelicans are also missing half their squad. The Pelicans also find themselves in a similar situation as the Pistons, however, they are coming off an Eastern road trip, returning back to the West. They've only won one game all season the Pelicans, and that was against a Dallas team resting half their team, so even if they are to beat the Nuggets we can't see it being a blowout.

Golden State come back after a three day break, and after their scare against Brooklyn in their last game, they should be ready to take on the Raptors. Klay Thompson should return, who makes a huge difference for the team. Golden State are simply the best this season so far, and as long as their motivated to put in a four quarter effort, winning by 6 points shouldn't be to much of a trouble.

💰💰 Challenge Bet! 💰💰
A nice side bet winner today, and although we haven't had much luck since our first challenge (Level 5), we're really liking this tennis/nba double for tomorrow that we're making it our challenge bet!

Novak Djokovic to beat Roger Federer
Atlanta Hawks to beat Brooklyn Nets

$50 x 2.15 = $107.58

Analysis:
The H2H between these two is 21-21 with the winner of tomorrows match going straight through to the next round of the ATP Finals. Djokovic has won 4 of the 6 matches between these two, and furthermore the Serbian is on a 23 game winning streak, and we think he'll be too good for Federer. The court speeds here in London are very slow for indoor hard courts, and this only benefits Djokovics game plan. Djokovic loves to work the ball from side to side of the court, and wait for an error, or for an early ball to hit a winner, and the slow surface plays right into this strategy. Federer meanwhile, especially as hes getting older hasn't been to successful on slower courts, and his round 2 exit to John Isner 2 weeks ago on a similar surface shows that he has weaknesses on this surface.

Atlanta Hawks are on a two game losing streak, and now come up against a Brooklyn team who although have been more than competitive over the past week, are still one of the worst teams in the league. We think the odds are an overreaction from the bookies to Atlantas recent form. Atlanta are still one of the best teams in the East, and after losing two consecutive games for the first time this season, including a 1 point loss at home they should have full motivation to beat Brooklyn. Brooklyn are 0-3 at home this season, meanwhile Atlanta are 4-1.

Timeline photos 16/11/2015

🌟🌟 Side Play! 🌟🌟
It looks as if the NBA is not only killing our page, but killing every page on Facebook! Some shock results in the NBA recently, and today was a prime example, with the underdogs winning in the last 4 games of the day!

We're not going to give up, as we've had some pretty good form in the past, so as long we can regain that form we should be profitable in the long run! We're going with a side play as our challenge plays haven't had too much lucky lately.

Andy Murray to beat David Ferrer (ATP Finals)
Chicago Bulls to beat Indiana Pacers

1 Unit @ 1.99

Murray played Ferrer just two weeks ago on this same surface and beat the Spaniard in two very easy sets. Murray has had the edge of Ferrer winning the last 4 matches between the two, and as solid as Ferrer is, Murray should be too good here being the last tournament of the season.

It's been a while since Chicago played a solid four quarter game, as we think their more from due tomorrow against the Pacers. A team of Chicago's quality can match it with the best in the league when they show up to play, and with their last away game being 7 days ago, and having only played three times in 7 days they should be fresh and ready to go in front of their home crowd. The Bulls have won the last 2 meetings in Chicago against the Pacers, and although the Bulls are known to take nights off and have shock losses, they'll know Indiana are no pushovers and although this should be a tight affair the Bulls should have enough to win. The Bulls are 4-1 at home this season, meanwhile Indiana is 2-2.

Timeline photos 15/11/2015

★★ Challenge Bet 1 ★★
The past couple bets haven't been to kind to us after we started the week so strongly, so we're looking to replicate that early form this week!

☑Bet 1
Oklahoma City Thunder - Boston Celtics ; Over 204.5 Total Points
Roger Federer to beat Tomas Berdych (ATP Finals)

$50 x 1.86 = $93.00

Analysis:
Oklahoma had their first game go under 200 points 2 nights ago which cost us, however, they shot their worst that game all season shooting at 35% for the first half, and furthermore they played a Philadelphia team who are hit and miss when it comes to scoring efficiency, They now come up against Boston and theres no doubt Oklahoma will shoot much better than 35%. No Durant doesn't worry us too much as these two sides met last season with no Durant in which the score ended 122 - 118. Furthermore Oklahoma are one of the highest scoring teams this season, however, concede very heavily, and we expect this game to be fast paced, and high scoring.

Federer owns Berdych in the H2H 14-6, with Berdychs' last win over Federer in 2013, one of Federers worst years on tour by far. When these two met this year on this surface Federer won 6-4, 6-0 and being the ATP Finals, it isn't very common to see to many upsets. Federer is simply the better player, and baring some sort of huge upset, the world number 3 shouldn't have to much trouble dismantling Berdych.

☑ Challenge Bet 1
We seem to be doing rather better in our side bets than our challenge bets, so we're going to be putting more emphasis into challenge bets, and have less side bets. We're working on something big here at The Punting Kings which will give our page a massive advantage over any other, and we'll keep all updated!

For now we're restarting our challenge, and we're going to be playing more single bets, as we've been burnt way to many times missing out multi bets by just the 1 leg.

Adelaide 36ers - Townsville Crocodiles ; Over 174.5 Total Points

$50 x $1.94 = $96.50

Analysis:
Adelaide are an extremely high scoring team in 5 of their past 5 games. They now come up against a Townsville team well rested having not played in a week, and who can score rather heavily. Townsvilles last two game have gone under this total, but that was more so due to the fact they played Perth on those two occasions, and Perth are the best defensive side in the league. 11 of the past 12 NBL games have gone over their total, and we expect another shootout tonight in Adelaide.

Timeline photos 13/11/2015

🏀🏀 NBA Value Multi! 🏀🏀
After killing it in our side plays this week, we had a shock loss tonight with the NBL going under its total! That was the first under in the NBL in 12 matches! We've got a value multi for the NBA tomorrow, and will furthermore have our challenge bet 2 posted later tonight/tomorrow morning when the full markets are released!

1 Unit @ $8.24
Atlanta Hawks to beat Boston Celtics
Sacramento Kings to beat Brooklyn Nets
Portland Trailblazers - Memphis Grizzlies ; Under 198 Total Points
Cleveland Cavaliers - New York Knicks ; Under 201.5 Total Points

✎ Analysis:
We've been really impressed with the Hawks this season, and other than their shock loss to Minnesota a couple nights back they've been very solid. They're sitting 8-2, and after a long stretch of home games, they now start their road trip. Boston are a young team and are a mid-table team as their results would suggest. They are 4-4 this season, however, their wins have come against Phildalephia (Twice), Milwuakee, and Washington. Other than the Washington victory, their wins are far from impressive, and when they've come up against playoff teams (Indiana, Spurs, Toronto) they've failed to win.

The Kings have Cousins back and after an impressive victory 2 nights ago they'll be sure to back that up against a Brooklyn team who has only won 1 game all season. Brooklyn got their first victory a few nights ago against Houston, and that was more so due to Houston beating themselves. Brooklyn is one of the worst teams this season, and the Kings will feel with Cousins back they need to make up for the losses when he was out injured.

The Grizzlies are starting to play some solid defense again this season, and that was made them so impressive last season. Despite the last game between these two going well over this total, and Portland being a high scoring team, Memphis are on a 4 game losing streak and will want to stop that on there home floor. They know the only way to start getting the W's again is to concentrate on their main weapon of hard defense. Memphis past 3 games has gone under this total, indicating that they're slowing working on their defensive side of the game, and should keep Portland to a low score at home.

The Knicks and Cleveland played 2 weeks ago with the total ending below this line. The Knicks have gone under this total in the last 4 of 5 games, meanwhile the Cavs are hit and miss with this total. As far as the Cavs go, if they want this total to go under, Lebron will make sure his side plays solid defense, and we think he will. The Cavs last game they allowed Utah to put up 114 points, and the Cavs will know they need to tighten their defense as they can't be allowing teams to put up that many points against them. This is a trend we've been following, as the Cavs had a 200+ point game in Philadelphia, which was followed by a 184 point game. Furthermore they then allowed 210 points in the next game, which was then followed by 198 points. What we are implying is that the Cavs have the decency to play defense when they like, and we think Lebron will make sure his team plays tight defense after letting in 114 points in their previous game.

💣💣 Side Bet! 💣💣
We're killing it in our side bets this week up by more than 11 Units, and we've got another side play for the night! Our challenge bet will most likely be on tomorrows NBA Card!

2 Units @ 1.88
Wellington Phoenix - Adelaide United ; Over 1.5 Total Goals
Cairns - Melbourne United ; Over 161.5 Total Points (NBL)

Analysis:
Adelaide united are a conceding machine this season, in their past 3 games they've conceded 3 or more goals. Their defense has terrible issues, and although they've struggled to find the back of the net, they are beginning to make some chances, and that's why we think they should be able to create enough chances tonight against Wellington to push this game over 1.5 goals. Wellington have gone over this total in all of their games so far this season, and 9 of their last 10 home games has gone over this total! Other than Adelaides initial 0-0 draw at the beginning of the season, all their games have gone over this total, and with Adelaides shaky defense, Wellington should put a few past Adelaide, however, Adelaide have looked a bit better in offense the past two games, so if that has only improved they should also find the back of the net.

4 of the last 5 Melbourne United games have gone over this total, meanwhile 4 of the last 5 Cairns games have gone over this total. Melbourne United are undefeated and are one of the highest scoring teams shooting the basketball really well. Cairns meanwhile have been very impressive, and after playing 5 straight away games they now come home where they'll want to put on a show for their home crowd. The over has been hitting very often in the NBL this season, and we think obtaining 40 points per quarter in this high scoring league shouldn't be too much problem tonight between Cairns, and Melbourne United.

Timeline photos 12/11/2015

🏀🏀 NBA Side Play! 🏀🏀

No challenge bet today on the NBA, with only three games on its extremely difficult to find a solid safe bet. We will also be a little quieter over this weekend, as we have an International break with European soccer, as well as no tennis until the final tournament beginning next week!

2 Units @ 1.94
Utah Jazz +10.5 against Miami Heat
Golden State Warriors -2.5 against Minnesota Timberwolves

Analysis:
We were inclined to go with the Heat to win tomorrow, however, we're taking into account the "NBA Factor" here, and backing Utah +10.5 points. Utah have only lost by 10 points once this season in 7 games. They have won three of their last 5 away games, and their most recent away loss was 2 nights ago against the Cavs in which the Jazz really could have stolen that victory. We think they'll be fired up after that narrow loss, and full of confidence as they play a high flying Miami team. Miami have been very impressive this season, however, they face a 4 day break after tomorrows game and it wouldn't surprise us if the players have one eye on enjoying this 4 day break before they start their travelling schedule. Overall, the Heat are a good chance to win tomorrow, however, the high flying Jazz play extremely good defense, and should be able to keep this game within 10 points.

Everybody is waiting for the Golden State to lose their first game, and after being 9-0 they face a Minnesota team who haven't won at home all season. It would be a great story for the Timberwolves to get their first home victory tonight against the best team in the league, however, we can't see that happening. Despite GSW being on a b2b, we feel the Timberwolves lack of defense will really be exposed by the best shooting team in the league. A win here for GSW will give them the best start in NBA history for the franchise, and that's enough motivation to get the win. Minessota had to rest starting players Wiggins, Rubio, and Pekovic 2 nights ago, and although that may have been more so precautionary it wouldn't surprise us if those players get limited minutes, or aren't 100%. Curry averages 28 points against the Timberwolves in their last 6 meetings, and if he is to follow that trend tomorrow there's no stopping the GSW.

Timeline photos 12/11/2015

★★ Side Play! ★★
We're slowly turning around our NBA form over the past couple days sitting at 75% for the week! We've got a side play for the night in the NBL, and the World Cup Qualifier before we analyze tomorrows small NBA card and try and pick a winner!

2 Units @ 1.88
Australia - Kyrgyzstan ; Over 1.5 Goals
Sydney Kings - Adelaide 36ers Over 177.5 Total Points

Analysis:
Australia should be able to cover the 2 goals just by themselves tonight in this World Cup qualifier. Australia beat Kyrgyzstan away 2-1 a couple months ago, and we should see a 2-3 goal win for Australia. 4 of the last 5 Australia games have gone over this total, meanwhile 4 of the last 5 Kyrgyzstan games have gone over this total. The low odds on this leg alone indicate the likeliness of this outcome!

These two played just 5 nights ago in what ended up as a total of 197 Total Points. Both teams don't play much defense, and can score rather heavily. The last 3 games of both teams have gone over this total, and furthermore I think we can see a shootout with both teams scoring 85+.

11/11/2015

🏀🏀 Challenge Bet + Side Bet! 🏀🏀
Wasn't to best restart to our challenge with some shock results in the NBA, however, we've gotten in contact with our NBA analyst in the States, and we're confident these tips will get up!

We've resorted back to Crownbet for the time being, as Bet365 don't have the odds up yet for our suggested games.

☑ Level 1
Atlanta Hawks -3.5 against New Orleans Pelicans
Golden State Warriors to beat Memphis Grizzlies

$50 x 1.82 = $91.08 Return

Analysis:
The Hawks played the Pelicans 5 nights ago in New Orleans and they were victorious by 6 points, so there's nothing preventing the Hawks to replicate that victory, however, this time in their own home court. The Hawks were 7-1 before they suffered a shock loss to the Timberwolves, in which the Hawks nearly staged the third biggest comeback in NBA history. It was never to be as the Hawks left that game kicking themselves, and there's no doubt they'll be up for redemption tonight. The Pelicans are still injury ravered, and are coming of a B2B. Although they did get their first win of the season yesterday, Atlanta at home, after a shock home loss should be too good for this injured Pelicans team with a record of 1-6.

Golden State and the Grizzlies meet two weeks ago in what was the biggest blowout of the season so far with a 50 point GSW win. GSW are just a class above anyone again this year, and we just can't see them having their first loss here today to the Grizzlies. Although the Grizzlies are playing at home, and were very impressive last week against the Clippers, They've suffered a 10 point loss to Utah, and a 19 point loss to Portland over the past week and their defense is no where near as strong as last year. The Grizzlies have never had a lethal offense, and prided themselves on winning games due to defense, however, they've conceeded 90+ points in 6 games so far, and if they allow the Warriors to put up any amount near that theres no way the Grizzlies offense will be able to keep up.

We wen't 1 win and 1 loss today in the NBA, with our challenge bet again facing a shock loss, meanwhile our side play got up with very little trouble. We've got another side play for tonight on the NBL, before we contact our NBA analyst and try and get the best play for tomorrows huge NBA card!

Unfortunately we have had to revert back to Bet365 for the time being, as we have had recent issues as several members from our team are unable to access Crownbet, as its only Australian base. That being said most of our bets placed with Bet365 should be available with Crownbet!

1 Unit @ 1.90
Perth Wildcats to beat Illawara Hawks (NBL)

Analysis:
The Wildcats have beaten the Hawks twice this season, and despite the Hawks troubling some teams this season, Perth hasn't had too much trouble at all with them. Perth beat the Hawks by 7 points at this exact venue 3 weeks ago, and furthermore beat them in Perth by 30 odd points 2 weeks ago. Illawara are one of the best shooting teams in the NBL, and thats their biggest weapon, however, Perth posses the best defense in the league, and that why they've been able to nullify the Hawks, and beat them rather convincingly. Perth are well aware of the Hawks ability to shoot the ball, and if they can nullify their jump shooting by playing hard defense the Hawks wont have anything to match Perths big men. Perth aren't that bad of travelers as they narrowly lost to undefeated Melbourne United by 2 points, however, beat Adelaide, and Illawara rather convincingly. Perth have won the past 4 away games to Illawara, and expect a tight game, however, we think Perth should come out infornt.

🌠🌠 Challenge Bet! 🌠🌠
A very uncharacteristic first quarter by the Hawks yesterday and our restart of the challenge wasn't too good! We've been following and capping the NBA for 10+ years, and there is always a period in the NBA where results don't seem to make sence! We usually see this period just after Christmas, however, it seems to have come early this season, and we have to adjust our model, and our data in order to start capping the league at a successful rate!! We can guarantee not many services out there will be profitable over this period of 2 or so months in the NBA as upsets and uncharacteristic results being, so we're going to try our best and take in to account a number of new factors!

We have our challenge bet below, as well as a side play!

☑ Challenge Bet 1
Toronto Raptors -5.5 - New York Knicks

$50 x 1.65 = $82.50

Analysis:
We wanted to take the standard line of Toronto -8 in this game, however, Crownbet only have -8.5, and furthermore that half a point can be the difference between a loss, and a refund! Toronto after going 5-0 and beating some very impressive teams on the way are now sitting 5-2 after 2 back to back losses. They return home now and there's no doubt they'll want to bounce back in front of their home crowd. Similarly to the Bulls yesterday, Toronto put on a shocking second half in their last game against the Heat, and we think that will only fuel the Raptors to come our tonight and make amends with a full 4 quarter effort. The Knicks have improved slightly from last year, however, their still a sub par team, having lost to teams such as the Bucks, and furthermore been blown out by contending teams in the Cavs, Atlanta, and the Spurs. So far Toronto have shown their near that level of the previous three teams, and playing at home we can see them winning by a minimum of 6 points.

✔ Side Tip
2 Units: Charlotte Hornets -2.5 - Minnesota Timberwolves @ 1.94

Analysis:
Technically everything points to a Timberwolves win here. They've just beaten the Bulls, and Atlanta and now are playing at home in what is their best chance to secure their first home win. And that's why we're taking the Hornets. As mentioned earlier, this is the period where the NBA doesn't seem to make much sense, and its small factors that aren't usually taken into account that play a huge impact in the result of a game. The Timberwolves are playing their third game in 4 nights, straight off the back of a B2B in which they were pushed in the second half of the Atalanta game which took huge mental, and physical fatigue to prevent a loss. Charlotte meanwhile have been quite impressive, losing to Atlanta twice by 2 points, and 3 points, beating the bulls by 25 points, and beating Dallas away, before being blown out by the Spurs. They've had three days to recoup from that huge blowout by the Spurs, and that's why we think they'll come out firing tonight, meanwhile the Timberwolves I think will be more content and happy with their two impressive wins, and now look forward to a couple nights off, after such an impressive road trip.
