Eligibility and Contest Details
By completing the Too Big for the Stocking Giveaway Application below, all applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:

Applicants must qualify as low income under Federal Poverty Guidelines as below 250% of poverty level.

Applicants must have dependent children under the age of 18 living in the household.

Applicants must be working at least 25 hours per week or have a written job offer.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be insurable in Pennsylvania.

Applicants must be willing to share their photos and story with the public.

Applicants must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.

The vehicle includes new inspection and emissions stickers, a 1 year AAA membership, 2 year/26,500 Mile Powetrain limited warranty, and new car seats for children, if applicable.

From Coach Beavers...

We were able to obtain another open gym date and hopefully don't have the schedule conflicts with work or other activities that Wednesday night has. Our next open gym is scheduled for Tuesday Dec 19 - after school (2:00 - 4:00 PM) in the high school gym. Any middle school players are encourage to attend after the MS is dismissed.

If I don't see you at the gym, have a safe and happy holiday season and enjoy your time off from school.

REMINDER
from Coach Mike & Coach Beavers...
Just a reminder regarding the WAVE winter League.
Those who are interested, please see Coach Mike in school within the next week to 10 days, the sooner the better.

Or see me on Wednesday night at open gym and let us know your shirt size. We will be registering players on November 30.

Players not registered will NOT be eligible to play in any WAVE event. You only pay for registration and events you play.
We are looking at our first play date either 12/30 or 1/6.

The league wii start around Thanksgiving and run until the end of February. The nice thing about this league is after the $25.00 registration fee (uniform included in the fee). You only pay when you play. Practices will only be once a week and are now schedule for every Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM in the Middle school gym.

Our first open gym is scheduled for Wednesday Nov 1 from 3:00 - 5:00 in the annex. If you know anyone interested in playing that is not on this distribution, please pass the information along.

Students from the high school - REMINDER to enter the Middle School from student parking lot glass doors. School is still in session prior to 2:50 PM.

The 2018 season is just around the corner. I would again like to have a North Hills team participate in the WAVE winter league. This league is for all player(7 thru 12) with a minimal financial and time commitment. Even if you are playing another sport, or travel volleyball, I would encourage you to at least register. After the initial $25.00 registration fee, you only pay when you decide to play.

All play dates are week-ends, with most being a Saturday and only for 4 hours(morning or afternoon). The actual play dates and locations have not been determined, but just like last season they will all be within a 45 minutes drive. (ie. Shaler, Seneca Valley)

If you have any questions about the benefit of such a league, I would contact a few players who participated last season - Justin Avon or Dom Porco.

Please let me know if you are interested. All registrations will go thru the coaching staff and each player will receive a uniform before the first play date.
