What if I never decided to be brave and say yes to myself!? I once was a girl ..who didn’t work out …who didn’t eat veggies …and never drank water
Who became a yo-yo dieter that developed a destructive eating habit with restricting and binging. Who drank shakes twice a day and only one meal a day …who hated my body and was mean to it instead of being grateful for all the things it does for me..tore myself to pieces …crying a little for my past self
What if ….the fear of failure held me back!?

I used to be that girl that would set my alarm for 5 AM press snooze at least three times and then never get up
I would think about getting up ….but then fall back asleep
Then, would have to come home from my nursing job and have to workout …and most of the time it didn’t happen
I didn’t just wake up one morning and say …hey I’m a morning person ..
It took time, dedication, mindshift change , accountability, and strategy
There are mornings I am definitely on the Struggle bus…but I know that if I have to show up for others that I will show up for myself
It’s a “hey come with me” not a “ watch me thing”

I’ll tell you this …
The mindset shift has been an ongoing battle for more than 3-6 months ….
Let’s try 9 years…
Struggling with sugar addiction , binge eating, emotional eating, binging then restricting, yo-yo dieting …diet pills …all the things….you know all the things that diet culture makes you believe works
I even had a good thing going and did amazing with our portion fix..eating good, not depriving myself, eating veggies, fruit, lean protein, healthy fats, healthy carbs and then….
💥The pandemic hit…and it hit hard for all of us …and those in the medical field …you know it hit a little different
So I fell back into my eating habits
…stress eating to make me feel good and in turn making me feel sick…
…tearing myself apart for losing control and anxiety 😥 came back into my life
…struggling with self confidence again..
Because here is the thing …we all have our weakness …none of us our perfect and we all have our struggles
And that’s why I am a coach…to show you …I am doing this with you friends. I know I’m not alone with these struggles.
In January or 2022….I needed to make that mindset shift ….
To get back to taking care of myself and feeling good again.
I was struggling hard with gut issues..embarrassing gut issues and finally a program came into my life created and has been a game changer for me.

I think the biggest regret I have is not starting sooner
I didn’t start living a better life and working towards my goals because:
I was afraid I would be a failure
I was afraid of failure and how others would perceive me if I failed
I was afraid that I would once again not follow through
I didn’t believe in myself
✨So let me tell you this✨
You need to become your biggest Damn cheerleader. 👏
You need to start believing in yourself so much so you can see how much others already believe in you
Don’t let the fear of what others may think prevent you from doing the things that are on your heart .
Because the people that judge…will judge you no matter what you do!
Look at struggles and hard days and obstacles as things that will make you stronger, wiser, better
Because what if…
this time is the time you don’t give up!
Stop living in the what if and go for it!!!

A new fitness program is launching in December!!! Yes, over the holidays. Best part is that the workouts are only 20 minutes and you can add cycling to it if you have a bike!
I know over the holidays is busy but 20 minutes is doable for everyone! And starting after the holidays and in the new year, that just gets old.
There’s no perfect time to start so why not now during the holidays? Instead of feeling yucky and uncomfortable, feel good and confident while still enjoying the holiday celebrations and goodies!
