This this sketch years ago; back in the day before starting work at the theatre in the evenings i’d spend my afternoons in the National portrait Gallery drawing from the masters. Yesterday I found those sketches, this being one of them. So, I wanted to spruce it up with “ all I know now” lol not the same as the original painting, but meh what you gonna do
