Newcomer Youth Leadership Development Program: YMCA of Windsor/Essex

The YMCA Newcomer Youth Leadership Program Self Governance - participants will identify their individual projects, learning goals, and group activities.

The YMCA Newcomer Youth Leadership Program offers:

Leadership Training - skills, such as communication, event organization and program instruction. Volunteerism - opportunities to take part in community service projects, promotion and assisting in the delivery of YMCA youth programs. During the year a variety of social events will take place. Activities include movie nights, dinner parties, theatre trips, skating and more.
