Happy anniversary. 31 and counting.

To celebrate our 31st birthday we thought we’d give the exterior a refresh. We’ll be open everyday of the extended holiday weekend (9am-2pm). Thanks for helping keep us around all these years.

Bongo would not be around if not for these two women. Happy mom’s day! ❤️

This was taken shortly after we opened Bongo Clark (we always called the restaurants by the streets they called home). Clark’s last day open was full of thanks and sadness.
Thanks for all the love and support given to us the last twelve years.
Though we may not have hit the mark 100% of the time, we always gave it our best shot. Thanks to the amazing people we worked with who we truly looked at as family. We could not have done any of it without you.
Sadness, because your presence was felt so strongly and you are so missed. Milwaukee will continue on and you will always be a part of it and a part of me.

It is with a heavy heart I say Bongo Room, Andersonville will serve its last meal on March 10, 2024. In light of recent events I find I must consolidate and refocus resources in order to continue on. It has been an absolute pleasure serving you from the Aville location for the past twelve years. So many memories and friends made here. When it strikes you, please find us at our original wicker park location for your Bongo fix.
