Up to 4 pt sessions per weekβ
Any existing clients who have block booking will continue the same until they have used them up but will then have to move on to the new booking system

Everybody wants abs right? ! People make the mistake of doing thousands and thousands of sit ups and still there's not an ab in sight. No matter how many sit ups to do you will never ever see your abs until you control what goes in your mouth. I train abs very rarely once a week if that. It's just not needed at all. Watch what you eat and then watch your abs appear!

Big thing confidence wise for a lot to post progress pics on social media. Gabby has cut cardio out completely and has hit weight sessions 5 times a week. Can't stress this enough with females how important it is. Gabby look π₯ and is now more confident in herself.

Starting to do recipe of the week. Here's my first effort . Miss the end result off bit ill put on a photo .
Tuna burgers(recipe makes 2)
1 tin of tuna
1 whole egg 2 egg whites
20g oats (used to bind )
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
Sage
Mix together all in a bowl, make two burgers out of the mixture, fry in spray lite 2 minutes on each side .. done

When your abs start to peep through πͺ most important abs exercise? Watch what goes in your mouth! Can do a thousand sit ups a day but if your not watching what goes in your mouth you will never see a peep of them abs
It is a constant challenge to convince females that backing off the cardio and Lifting weights is not going to make them 'manly'. I see it every day girls in the gym using 3-4 different cardio machines adding up to an hours workout then leaving. This really is not the way to get the results you want. If you look at the picture below there is a Victoria secrets model and fitness model, I know which one I prefer and I believe a lot of girls would rather look like the photo on the left. Having said that I get that girls find it quite intimidating to start using weights and free weights etc especially if you are on your own. Over the last few weeks I have done sessions for pairs of girls and have found this helps break that barrier. I'm offering free taster sessions at xercise4less Wakefield . Message me for details
