We have a range of roles available from Drainage Engineer/Ground worker to labour/assistants

Drainage engineer/ground worker:

We are looking for skilled workers who are able to carry out repairs and reinstate to a high standard, this can range from tarmac to brick paving and training will be given for drainage specialist skills.
Previous experience preferred but not essential, however practical skills and ability to work solo as well as in a team is a must.

Specific skills required include:
- Well motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Organised and tidy
- Strong work ethic with pride in their work
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Able to lay multiple surfaces including concrete, paving & tarmac

Requirement to be on call - 1 in 7 rota.
Driving licence is essential.
Based West Somerset through to North Devon
40-50 hours per week
Salary negotiable on experience.

Labour/assistant:

We are looking for someone who wants to learn new skills working alongside our drainage operatives. This includes carrying out drain repairs and installations, as well as carrying out solo unblocking/ jetting works once trained.

Driving licence essential
Based West Somerset through to North Devon
40-50 hours a week
On call requirement 1-7
Full training given
Salary negotiable on experience.
