Our Shield of Faith.

From the owner Jarrett Bolden “I value effective hard work and over the top customer service. I’ve done every job from cook, to facility manager, to court monitoring at a trampoline park, contract laborer, maintenance worker and even being a farm hand for a family of 9. However, it wasn’t till I met with my boss at New Life Church in Conway that I realized I was working hard in the wrong places. I know my purpose was to Evangelistic Ministry, to continue for two more years in college and that I wanted a family one day but the money wasn’t there to meet my needs. The debt from college and expenses from ministry with students and life in general were getting heavier and heavier. Then one day, as I was in crisis mode, I sat down with Seth Tomboli who is my youth pastor, mentor, and great friend. I broke down trying to figure out what to do about my college debt, my lack of income, and overall uncertainty of the future of ministry and work for my life. So we prayed and waited on the Lord. After praying and seeking out what God’s will was we both came to the conclusion that I needed to start a business. Which business though? There seemed to be so many. So after a lot of counsel and prayer I decided that power washing was something I was good at. I noticed that a lot of other businesses did good work as well but they were poorly lacking in customer service and communication. I believe strongly in communication that can change cultures and that serving others in regard as more important than myself is vital to any success in life, let alone business. So with the money I had put back into savings, I decided to start this business and take a leap of faith. It was hard to watch the finances leave my accounts but I trusted and held on, nearly having nothing God has blessed me with wisdom and provision for more than I can handle and I love every moment of what I get to do with what he has put into my hands. It was scary to do all this with so much uncertainty but looking back I’m glad we did. This is why our emblem features the shield. It calls us to remember our humble beginnings and to cling to the faith that there is many great things ahead, one person at a time.”

Our focus now moving forward is to connect with local families and business men and women all across central Arkansas and to get more trailers set up so we can hire on younger guys and teach them the value of hard work and Godly excellence in trials and triumphs. Overall just teaching them and providing the means for them to learn what it means to be a man of God after His own heart and to love people well. We also hope to bring our own family into this business one day and make it a team effort alongside them towards the greater things ahead.

Being the human that I am I will always do my best on any job, I will provide the best customer service, and I will work hard to ensure satisfaction in all areas is met with efficiency and timeliness. If you’ll take a leap of faith on me, I promise it will not be wasted.
