Commitment to Our City Employees:
David Allen understands that our city employees are the backbone that has kept Clarksville moving!
Here are a couple of commitments that our city employees can expect when David Allen is Mayor:
True implementation of the Open Door Policy: All city employees will have access to address concerns, issues and ideas with their supervisor, director and Mayor without fear of retailation or retribution. While David Allen knows the current climate, he will work to ensure that our city employees have a voice and ensure that that voice is a priority by all leadership. If there is an issue or concern, leadership at all levels will be held accountable if it is not resolved at their level best.
Workplace environment: Most of our city employees spend at least 40 hours a week in the workplace. Job satisfaction and workplace safety will be a priority! David Allen's goal is to ensure that our city employees are not subject to a toxic work environment, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, inequality or lack of inclusiveness. Because David Allen knows the current workplace our city employees are subjected to everyday, he sees it essential to implement a zero tolerance policy to protect our city employees, their well-being,their job satisfaction and workplace safety.
Message to City employees: David Allen has heard you and is prepared to respond to your voice.
Message to Supervisors and Directors: David Allen knows your job is not easy and is prepared to ensure that you are provided the tools that you need to effectively empower and engage our workforce in recruitment, retainment, and long term sustainability.
David Allen understands the needs of our city employees and He is prepared to respond to that call with our city employees as an advocate for whats right.
David Allen humbly asks for your vote because He can not effectively move anything without you!!!!
