This was my first order of business when I had my kids. I was raised on this Christian nonsense and refused to pass it down to them.

Are people afraid of 'Witches', or are they afraid of Women who have found their Power and refuse to be oppressed? Some Women have reclaimed the label of Witch because that label has always been used as a weapon wielded against Women, and that subversive, defiant act of boldly calling yourself by the slur they used against you to keep you silent and afraid terrifies the oppressor. They are terrified they will be held accountable for what they did to you, or worse, that you will treat them the way they treated you.

I am not the same Witch I was thirty years ago as a mom with three young children, ten years ago when I got married again, a year ago when I made big changes in my business... as my life has grown and changed, my beliefs and practices have continued to grow and evolve, too. 💜

Witches are not immune from being indoctrinated, conditioned and closed-minded. Stay flexible and open to new information.

INCOMING RANT Re Online Witchcraft Groups

There are legitimate reason you may need to call police to your home. There are legitimate reasons you may need to report someone to the police. But before you do, always remember that calling cops is how 🟤⚫️ folks get killed in this country. Are you being physically harmed, harassed or threatened? Or is this a dispute that can be handled or resolved without calling people with guns that are often easily triggered and pieces of actual s**t??

I see ⚪️ people suggesting 'Just call the cops on them!' as advice all the time in online Witch groups for issues over petty revenge. "Just call the cops, that'll teach them to take your man/do spells on you!!" Nuh uh. NO. Stop that nonsense.

Y'all, siccing police on someone to intimidate them, 'teach them a lesson' or otherwise flex is some weak ass bulls**t. What kind of Witch are you that you can't fight back effectively with your magick that you need to resort to risking someone's ACTUAL LIFE? Again, this does not pertain to actual threats to your safety and legitimate reasons to call law enforcement, but those aren't the reasons I see far too often in these groups.

And adding 'jk' wins you zero points. Don't even joke about sending cops to someone's house over your little Witchcraft drama. It is never something to joke about or actually do. Think about the people in that group who's lives have been affected by police brutality. Think about how that might affect them to see someone in their own community make a statement like that so flippantly and carelessly.

Learn how to be a better Witch FFS and not some wannabe pretending to know the first thing about the Spiritual world and how it works, because when you tell people to 'Just call the cops' for revenge you are telling on yourself LOUD.

And if you've never personally been profiled by a cop, traumatized by cops or had someone you know killed or mistreated by a cop and don't see what the big deal is... then check your privilege boo and educate yourself so you can do better.

Witch Fest will have to wait. I'm only here for the post-debate memes today. 😂
